Perfect place if you wanna stay near San Leucio. Very clean rooms, everything is new and the owners are very helpful. The use of a swimming pool for a little fee made the hot day much easier (all written uder the “facilities”) If you rely on a public transport, you can take a bus in Caserta to San leucio and walk downhil, or take a taxi. A bit tricky if you’re without a car, but nothing unmanagable. Recommend!

Everything! The host was kind, the room was spacious, clean and with a great view of the reggia, in a quite location. The breakfast was excellent and it is possible to use the common fridge and kitchen for personal use. We will definitely come back if we are in Caserta!

Nothing, everything was excellent!

First of all, it was a family business and we love it. The room was very clean and big enough. The location was very close to the Caserta Palace and it was in the middle of the olive trees, amazing! Owner family was very kind, respectful and helpful. The hotel has also a restaurant and pizzas were delightful. Prices were also good. Someday, we surely come back! Thanks for everything. Grazie!!

Beautifull and peaceful countryside yet so close to the Royal Palace and around 30 mins from Naples and Vesuvius. Very kind and helpful staff.

In the bathroom no shelves to put your things. Breakfast is very limited. A few yoghurts or cereals/fruit would have been appreciated.

We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the son of the couple running the place. We were offered help to carry the luggage up to the room and shown the facility. We were even offered an espresso despite the late time. The whole facility is completely new, including the rooms and the common area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. In the morning breakfast had been prepared at the agreed time and included excellent cookies, cake and marmelade, made by the Signora. As soon as I mentioned being a fan of homemade marmelade, another full jar was immediately brought to the table :) We were then shown the facilities by daylight: from the rooftop terrace you can see the sea and the islands off the coast, and from our room's terrace the Reggia di Caserta and the Vesuvio behind it - stunning. We stayed one night only as we were on our way to our final destination further South, but will definitely consider returning for a longer stay to explore the surroundings.
