The receptionist was very much rude arrogant and was trying to derail us from doing the payment through booking.com website and wanted to get it done through him directly. He said you will have to wait till we get conformation through the website which again will take half and hour and we will be at the benfactor end by getting 800-1000 inr less charged if we get it done through them directly. AC was not working in name of cost cutting. I mean if I have to pay so much then will expect to not to work through humidity and extreme warmth. I am really not satisfied by the behaviour of the receptionist and by the whole idea of putting halt at the ac services in name of cost cutting and guising it by saying that it has been put off for the purpose of maintainence. I want my whole amount refunded as I am not really satisfied with the services provided. Dr Bhavin Aswal

room service was acceptable

It sits between a party lawn (noisy) and an adventure theme park (more noisy) The whole place is in desperate need of soft refurb. There is mould everywhere and the linens are old and our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. We had to ask 5 times to get a towel for the room and the first room was so bad (directly next to very loud laundry) we had to ask to be moved. (A road is being built on the side furthest away from theme park so both sides of hotel are noisy in different ways). Unfortunately, the replacement room was just as mouldy and tired. Avoided the pool as building acoustics make sounds of screaming kids much louder than what seems possible, this sound and the stench of chlorine permeates the building.

I like the location

Really bad experience, waste of money, i will not suggest anyone to visit this property. staff is not cooperative, deluxe room cost 7000 rs and there is no balcony with room. Hotel have good space in terrace, but they do not allow anyone to sit there for food. People come to Hill Station to enjoy beautiful weather and fresh air.
