This property has great views and great potential! Some family must have loved it at some point - lots of games and puzzles included. But truth be told the property itself is very dated, with old stained rugs and raggedy and stained bed linens, plastic sheets on the mattresses (no pads), and dust covered plastic plants in the kitchen. But the real shame lies in the management company treatment of the property - dirty and not maintained. There is so much hair on every surface, the couches are covered!, the rugs are not vacuumed (ug, upon arriving found dog food on the floor of the bedroom and actual dirt all over the rugs), dust at every turn, broken shades, broken garbage disposal with rotting food in it, bathroom sinks clogged and wont drain. Worried about sanitation and COVID, forget it - come with your own supplies and time to scrub! The minute we got there we called the managment company and tried to have the situation addressed. They told us too bad... after hours of work - speaking with the company, and the "local ground crew" - for which the local manager said "well I asked my boss to help you and he said too bad, no can do." We paid over $600 a night - it felt aweful. I tried to clean the place myself because we had no other place to go but the vacuum was broken. Every time you sit you are covered in dog hair, your nose and sinus will sweal up from the dust and allergens. (BTW we own and love dogs and often bring them with us!) To help our situation, we bought 10 lint rollers at the local store and used up every one of them! In the end we were told outright that our only recourse was to leave a bad review. We have never left a bad review before in dozens of places that we have rented over the years.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved that this was pet friendly as our pet is like family. We will definitely stay here again!

I'll start off by saying, the view at this property was amazing & the size was perfect for our group of 6 people. BUT... The property looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned in months. At first glance upon entering the property, it "looks" clean & then the smell hits you. It was extremely dusty. There were food crumbs & straw wrappers on the carpet & kitchen floor & kitchen counters. Kitchen counters were sticky. Shower doors & toilets were dirty. Soap scum on the shower doors & toilets stained. The place smelled like dogs & old dust & there was dog hair on all of the couches. There were stains on the carpet when you first enter the home. I had to take time out from my vacation to clean this place. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was spraying water over the shower doors and onto the bathroom counter. This property has the potential to be a great place IF they could get someone in there to THOURLY clean it. I gave it 2 stars but ONLY because of the mountain views & the size of the place.

Spacious living room with a super fun couch that can be made into all sorts of configurations. Lots of great games and conversation starter cards got the teens off their phones for at least a bit! Big bedrooms and three bathrooms so everyone could spread out. And can't beat the views from the balcony!

Great couple day stay. Great view and room layout. Enjoyed the views too. Gets a little not in the afternoon sun, but the scenery is worth it.

We loved out stay at this property. The cleaning supplies, Kitchen stock, furniture, beds, etc. were all great. The views are the BEST.

This was a great place to stay with a perfect location! We enjoyed the condo and the view! Everything we needed to have a great ski trip.

We had a wonderful time in Fraser. The place was a great place to stay with amazing views of the mountains.

The view was amazing and there was room for everyone! The kids loved all of the games and the grocery was within walking distance. Great family house and our pup loved watching the world from the deck that looked out over the park/ trail below.

The place just didn't feel terribly clean - dust was just caked on the ceiling fan so we didn't use that. The king bed was not comfortable and the shower in the master was leaking into the unit below us, so we couldn't use it. There were plenty other bathrooms, so it wasn't a big deal, but it's just a strange arrangement.

This condo was just as described. Spacious open concept kitchen/living area. Large master bedroom. 2nd bedroom with very soft queen mattress was only drawback for me. 3rd bedroom had nice double bed & bunk bed. 2 adult sons slept in double bed & bottom bunk. 3rd adult son slept on unique square couch with removable back cushions facing each way & he said it was comfortable.

This spacious condo has the most amazing view. Also, a ton of family games and books as well as many seating options. Beds were comfortable.
