Great house close to restaurants, Publix, ocean and beautiful pool in the back. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay and the house was well-equipped and provided all we needed, and more. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. Recommend!

The house was as pictured on VRBO. The location was excellent. It was on a quiet street but around the corner from two major grocery stores and many activities. Vanderbuilt Beach was very nice and just a short drive from the property. The homeowner was very easily accessible regarding any questions or concerns and very accomodating. We and our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book a VRBO in this area. Thanks Wally for allowing us to stay in your home. We would book here again should we visit Naples in the future!

We had a great stay at this home. The home was just as advertised and the host couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. The kids loved the pool and all of the pool toys. There are also a lot of beach toys for the kids as well as an umbrella and beach chairs for your use. The location is close to several beaches and great restaurants. I would highly recommend this vacation get-a-way!

Property was as described. Pool was great-heated and clean. All amenities were as described. If any questions, there was a manager who answered all in a timely matter. This was one of our best stays in Naples!

Great family vacation. We were so glad we had a heated pool as the weather was cool and overcast. The house had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bicycles,the beach toys and chairs. Great stay - house was nice and clean. Location is great and house has great amenities (pool floats, kitchen supplies, pack and play, etc.). Couple items were very quickly resolved by the property owner who was very friendly. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

The home is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. The pool is very large and perfect temperature. As there were just three of us, we only used two bedrooms and both beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Good place to walk. The beach and Pulix market are close to walk or ride one of the four bikes provided. Wally, the owner is very easy to work with and will get back to you ASAP. You won't regret your stay here. We will definitely be back.

We spent a week at this property with my friends to enjoy this beautiful city and the nice weather of Florida. The house is just 5 minutes drive from the beach. We were lucky to have very nice weather and take advantage of the beach and the water which was perfect and we were even luckier to enjoy the sights of the dolphins every day. Hope to be back soon

One of the best VRBO we have stayed at! Wally is great and was easy to communicate with, the house had everything you'd need for the beach and tons of little things here and there to make it a pleasant stay. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay here! It felt more like a home rather than a rental property. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home and the house was so quiet. The pool was amazing and we spent more time there than even at the beach. Would stay there again for sure! 👍

Beautiful home with wonderful beds. Great pool with fun toys. Nice to have great quality beach chairs and umbrellas handy. The bikes were a nice treat to have available. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Close to lots of shopping and beaches. Very clean with peaceful decor. Highly recommend.

Nice house, has all you need for a vacation, very conveniently located. The owner, Wally, responded immediately - as soon as we needed. Beate, a home watcher, maintained sterility (!) of the house and of everything in the house. We enjoyed our stay there.

I want to start by saying that Wally is amazing! He sent a text to greet us, to check in as well as wishing us well travels. If I had a question, I sent him a quick text and responded promptly. The house was perfect! Clean and well-kept. The pool area is amazing and the pool itself is clean and warm. There were pool towels available which is always a huge plus for us. The bikes, pool floats, basketball hoop and grill were a major bonus. The beds were comfortable which makes vacation much more enjoyable. I would describe this as a perfect home away from home. Don’t hesitate to stay here! You won’t be disappointed!

This is an absolute outstanding home. The host went above and beyond and thought of everything for your comfort and an enjoyable stay. Excellent communication every step of the way. The kitchen has anything you can possibly need. The bed is extremely comfortable and bathrooms large with great shower. The two car garage allows for covered secure parking and provides any beach item you can possibly imagine. The location can’t be beat. It is in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to everything - supermarkets, restaurants, upscale shopping centers and some of the most beautiful beaches. Many are within walking or biking ( four biles provided ) distance. The heated pristine clean pool and outdoor lanai area is very well appointed with loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun. The covered porch area, with weber grill, allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, drinks and relaxation rain or shine. I would definitely recommend this very spacious well designed and appointed home for multiple couples or large families . Special thanks to our outstanding host.

Lovely property we walked to Vanderbilt beach. (It is a walk). Love this area. We had nice relaxing week. Good restaurants near. Very responsive property owner. Very clean! We had ton of towels which is so helpful with 6-7 adults!

The house was large enough for 8 of us. The kids LOVED the pool. The house was minutes from the beach, which we went to often, and the kids could ride their bikes every where…it was PERFECT!

Good location in Naples, close to the beach, grocery stores and shopping. The house was clean upon arrival. Bikes, beach umbrella and chairs. Lots of beach toys and pool toys. Pleanty of space and a perfect pool area. We loved the house!!

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this rental. The home had everything we needed including an amazing pool. The rental home is also close to many stores and restaurants.

We had such a great first trip to Naples! The home is exactly like pictured, the pool was so refreshing (so much so that we skipped going to the beach). We were also pleasantly surprised to see a newly added TV in the master bedroom (we love falling asleep to the TV). Wally was great from recommending places to eat/visit to checking in on us during our stay. We cannot wait to return to his home. Did I mention the location is PERFECT. It is near EVERYTHING. So perfectly situated. Thanks again!!!

My wife, two teenage kids and 84 year old Mom thoroughly enjoyed the house. 2.3 mi from Vanderbilt Beach, quick drive or a bike ride. Numerous great restaurants within a couple minutes. Grocery store, Walgreens, everything is close. The owner Wally was fantastic with communication. 100% recommend!

This home was exactly as advertised - plenty of space, lovely pool/deck, modern bathrooms and kitchen and very clean. Connection with the homeowner was always prompt and easy. This is a very nice property in Naples Park, which has a variety of small and large homes. Great proximity to all things Naples. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
