Great location for a short walk to the marina or main street in downtown area.
Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was perfect!

It was nice being able to walk everywhere and the property was very nice.

The cabin was a great place for the 5 of us to stay. The great room came in handy since we didn’t have the best weather. It had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. Being one block off the main street made going out to eat so easy. Short walk to the lake. We look forward to staying here again.

We had an excellent experience in Grand Lake here. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our week long stay at the cabin. We appreciate their hospitality and would certainly stay there again. Thank you for helping to make our anniversary trip a special one.

My sister, Mom, and I really enjoyed some quality time together here recently. The cabin is well-designed, nicely furnished inside and out, and quite comfortable. We loved being right off Main Street with easy access to restaurants and shops and within a 5-minute walk to Grand Lake itself. Even without being so close to a RMNP entrance, this was a wonderful, relaxing stay, but the proximity to RMNP made our stay perfect!
I will definitely stay here again - maybe this time we'll even invite the menfolk in our family!

Very nice place! The cabin is super clean and nicely updated. Lots of seating for everyone, inside and out. Totally enjoyed grilling on the lovely patio. Super close to the main street. An easy walk to restaurants and shopping and the marina and beach area. We'll definitely book here again!

We come up to Grand Lake at least once a year, this was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it. The cabin is extremely comfortable with space for everyone. We were able to grill out with other family members who were also staying in town and everyone had plenty of room. The space is super homey and welcoming, we will definitely be back! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and the location is awesome! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Thank you!

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. It easily accommodated 4 adults and one child. The location was a block from main street.

We really enjoyed the comfortable, clean, and updated cabin. It's an easy 2 block walk to the cute town and it's restaurants and shops. There is very easy access to RMNP with many great trails and places to see the animals and has less traffic than the east entrance. This side is much quieter than the Estees Park (east) side. We would recommend this to any family looking for a quiet, relaxing family get-away.

This was the perfect property for our trip! The cabin was awesome and the location could not have been any better. For me, modern amenities are a must, even if it is a weekend with nature. This place was the best of both worlds, you’re surrounded by all things outdoors, but If you’re feeling like Netflix and relaxing you’re covered. And talk about perfect location…This place was Literally a 1-2 minute walk to restaurants and shops and about a 3-4 minute walk to Grand Lake! Safe to say, we would definitely stay here again.😊

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. The location was perfect. We enjoyed driving into Rocky Mountain National Park and did an incredible hike to the summit of Mount Ida. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon boat on both Grand Lake and Lake Granby. Loved being walking distance from the beach and the historic Main Street.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. The location was perfect. We enjoyed driving into Rocky Mountain National Park and did an incredible hike to the summit of Mount Ida. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon boat on both Grand Lake and Lake Granby. Loved being walking distance from the beach and the historic Main Street.

A nice place to stay in a great place to be
This was a very comfortable place for my wife, two daughters, and I to stay in Grand Lake for 4 nights.
The Pro's: location is incredible, just a block from downtown shops and restaurants and the lake; small but very comfortable place to stay; great place for a family stay where everyone gets a bed; good internet and cable
Con's: communications weren't great through VRBO, as I requested a date change a few times with no response; had to research and find a phone number to call to resolve; back patio has nice furniture and grill, but was really dirty (hadn't been cleaned in long time) and we had to clean it up ourselves for it to be useful.
On balance: the Pro's outweigh the Con's and we would stay at this property again.

Rented this property a few times. The property is always clean and a pleasure to visit. It’s located close to town with an easy walk. There is a playground nearby. Also an EV charge station. Two Charge Point stations. A very nice stay for our family.

Newly built property. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance into town and the lake. The weather was great mornings were around forty degrees warming up to seventy. The town had a quaint feel and had dessert for our grandchildren. We would do this trip again.

We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, the waterfront for kayaking, etc. I also walked into RMNP a couple of mornings through different trailheads. We also did our daily sightseeing in the Park with over 40 moose sightings spread over the 3 days (we estimate about 15-20 unique moose). The property itself was small, but packed a lot in. The three bedrooms worked for us and two bathrooms is a plus. The patio with grill was a nice touch as are the two cruiser bikes in the garage (we didn't use, but some folks might not like to walk as much as we do). Everything was clean and ready to use when we arrived.

Exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place with access to Granby, Winter Park, and Estes Park. The house itself is within walking distance to the downtown shops of Grand Lake. It had plenty of room for our 3 teenage boys and was super clean and decorated nicely.

Great family getaway at the lake
Great property, walking distance to the lake and only 2 blocks from shops and restaurants.
Perfect size for 4 adults and our 3month old grandson. Plenty of space, great outdoor patio and barbecue, all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you’d need, comfortable beds. Very impressed with the decor and huge comfy sofa. A bit of a snag of getting the entry code, but Kelly was very responsive.
Our first time visiting Grand Lake, and we will definitely return,

Great location!
This house was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the downtown area and the water, and the house very comfortable and clean. We loved Grand Lake and had a great time. Already looking forward to our next trip!
