I love how spacious and beautiful it was. The pictures matched what we were presented. It was overall and amazing and smooth booking. From the check in and check out. It was in a prime location literally 5-10 minutes from Bourbon St./French Quarters/restaurants/clubs.

There were no complaints here! Everything was beyond what I expected for my friends and I.

The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and very spacious.

The location isn’t great. Lots of homeless in the area (one man was sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the gate the entire day) The kitchen wasn’t well stocked, no wine glasses, not enough coffee cups, glasses and utensils. the pool was nice but could be cleaned more (used it one day with our grandkids and it was greenish) And even though it says no parties we were awaken one night to a very loud group by the pool.

Easy in and out with door codes, spacious, nice kitchen and amount of toilets. No pool (didn't try due to lack of time)- looked clean but small. Street parking worked fine.

The floor and the balcony could be a bit more clean. More towels.

I loved that the property was close to downtown and St. Charles St.

I didn’t like that the toilet was stopped up in the master bathroom.

The property was very clean and up to date.

Outside of the gate was dirty and unclean.

Property looked just as pictured. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything needed and trolly is a very short walk away. Close drive to beautiful Rouse market down the road for all grocery needs. Pool was great for the kids to wind down after a long day of walking the quarter. Will definitely look at their other properties when traveling!

The non refundable aspect of the booking was scary, we actually had to cancel two other hotels due to a death in the family - knew we were coming for sure so booked even though non refundable.

No mop and cleaning Supplies Iron and ironing board more tide pods and trash bags bigger pots & pans other than simple stuff it was beautiful and amazing I love love the place
