Location, location, location.

Such a lovely host. Avelina was brilliant in every way, letting us check in early and check out late. So, so kind to us when our flight was cancelled.

Lamps in the bedrooms would have been great and the WiFi didn't work in our apartment but we logged onto the next door with help.

This was a great location for the town and 5 minutes from the marina. The property had a lift which was great for our elderly mother. We enjoyed having the view over the church and main square. The property is next to a play area where the local children meet and play football so there is playful noise. This wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is well appointed with washing machine, tv etc. And there is a large balcony. Avelina met us on arrival and let us know when the cleaners were coming in, which was twice during the week with fresh towels etc. There’s a Very clean swimmers pool which is in a private walled garden. A nice touch was the nibbles and three bottles of wine in the fridge for us.

Bedrooms are a good size, but we just found the beds too hard.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and dining areas. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable sitting area and useful balconies. Small problem with WiFi was sorted by host. Overlooks a green area, play area and church to the front. Very clean and well equipped. Nice welcome pack of wine and snacks. A short stride to the beach and many bars, restaurants and shops. Also good location for anyone wanting a walking or cycling holiday. Also thoroughly recommend Mallorca SUP company! Used the pool only once but we prefer the sea. Lovely host who also picked us up from the airport. Thank you very much!

For us tea lovers one very slight niggle was having no kettle. Also some of the wall plugs didn’t fit the adapters and had narrower pins, not really sure why? The side bedroom is opposite a bar which is a little noisy at night. Saying that, there were so many more positives, I would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

:rd floor (but that also gave a better view) some crockery was a little hard to find.

excellent location - close to the beach and the mountains, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and well furnished. A nice welcome surprise was 2 bottles of wine and milk and cereal for breakfast. Excellent communication with the hostess Avelina.

Fantastic apartment with everything you would need there. So spacious and luxurious with not one but three outside terraces. Avelina and her mother were so attentive and helpful

The Host Avelina, was lovely and friendly and gave us a terrific welcome. The apartment was clean and tidy and lots of space. lovely location, we would highly recommend it.

Great location

The location is excellent for Puerto Pollensa. Just off the square. Comfortable clean beds etc. The property although looking a little dated, is well maintained and good value for money. Excellent communication from Aveline the owner.

Great location just off a square of restaurants and only 200m from the front/promenade. Everything was just a short walk Accommodation was well represented by the photos. Basic but clean. Plenty of space. Good with a young baby as sleeping and living accommodation were well separated Had all required facilities and host had left essentials like washing powder for washing machine etc… Host was easy to contact and very helpful during stay

The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants and the beach. And the pool was lovely.

There was a smell from the drains in the kitchen.

wifi is a bit slow. if you stay in the extra bedroom you will not be able to connect well to the wifi.
