Great spot close to the sports action in Arlington Texas.

Safe and nice amenities. Pool is beautiful! Check in- although explained well on the virtual side- was not marked clearly on the building so it was confusing. Once in things were easier. Beds were a little hard but sheets were soft and clean. Bathrooms are large and were clean. The sound machines in the bedrooms were a great touch. Kitchen was clean and had a welcome snack bag waiting for us. The security on the building was above and beyond- we felt very safe. Our only complaint was that the carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced.

The location was perfect for a mini family reunion- a lot of nice restaurants to choose from.

Overall had a great time in Arlington for the weekend. Our Kasa unit was clean and comfortable, very much what we needed and expected. However, the listing doesn't mention that this complex is primarily used for Univ Texas/Arlington student housing so that was a big surprise. It was summer break so most students weren't there yet because it was August, but by next month that would change. Having a unit on the six floor and finding out the elevator doesn't work and hasn't worked in a long time did not make us happy. Climbing six flights of stairs in 108 degree Texas heat was not pleasant. The building itself showed it's wear and tear and some lack of attention to maintenance, but Kasa doesn't own the building so we can't blame them for that. Our unit was mostly clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for relaxing in the heat. Location was good in Arlington with drinking and dining options nearby. Overall solid "B" grade.

I do understand that things happen but our reservation was changed 3 days before our arrival to a less than ideal suite for our family's needs. We had no other choice but to stay. We arrived and the pool was closed for the entirety of the trip. Then, when a fire alarm went off in the building at 8am, I received several emails and text messages saying that I would be fined if I didn't keep the noise down. Seems a little aggressive of an automated message. Maybe show some concern for your guests before making assumptions. Just not a great experience. I'm sure it's fine for most

The apartment was clean and was well stocked. It was the perfect location for our needs but it is really close to a train and in a downtown area so a bit noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping. The pool and gym were nice.

Everything went very smoothly. The reason why I gave a 4 for cleanliness is because as I got out of the shower I opened the towel and it was stained with what looked like mascara. A little bleach and it would be perfect. Plus, the bathroom didn’t have trash cans which was odd. Other than those two things, we would stay there again.

Our unit was very clean and close to downtown amenities. Short walk to the stadium for the Taylor Swift concert. Overall very nice experience.

Great location. Check in was a little rough but was quickly remedied. The train is super loud at night so would rec bringing a fan or other modality of noise cancelling. Overall great place and location is awesome!

Perfect for our trip
This was the perfect apartment for our trip to the Arlington/Dallas area. We came to go to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor and the location could not have been better! It was easy to get to those attractions!
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it appeared to be pretty well stocked if you needed to cook.
The apartment was a little noisy with outside noises (like cars & train) given its proximity to the main road. Both bedrooms included a noise machine and that helped a lot. The bathrooms were huge! I could not get over how big they were!
I thought parking in the parking garage would be a hassle but it was quite easy to deal with! It was nice that our car was covered and in the shade!
Overall, we loved this for our family of 4!
