This place is the perfect weekend or longer getaway Right on the water, peaceful and a perfect place to escape reality. I would highly recommend it.

We use the house as a base camp to check out the area. We explored several state parks and other attractions that locals told us about.
We wanted to fish from shore, but the water level was down 9 feet. We stopped to a couple different bed shops, and they all said that Fishing from shore was not good at this time. You have to wait till the water comes back up.
The house was perfect for two people and we enjoyed our time there. The geese are the local neighbors and they let you know that they are there early in the morning and late in the evening.

Really enjoy getting away to this cottage on our Hot Springs get away. Very quite with a beautiful view! Stocked with everything and that's a plus. Easy check in and friendly.. If your looking to be close to everything without all the traffic and people? This is your place.!! See ya next year.

The cottage was just as described! The view was beautiful and so peaceful. Almost anything you will need is provided both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is perfect. Close to a WalMart and any restaurants or shops you'd ever want.
We went on a fishing trip on lake Ouchita with Darryl with Family Fishing Trips. He was a lot of fun to fish with and we caught 48 crappie in about 4 hours. I think we'll probably rent a boat the next time we go so that we can explore Lake Hamilton.
I recommend this little cottage to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay on Lake Hamilton.

We loved it it was convenient to everything and also very peaceful and quiet. Loved the view of the lake. Also very safe inside a gated community . Excellent parking. My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon there. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Quiet place on the side of Lake Hamilton that isn't so busy. Covered parking was a plus and the accommodations were nice. It's in a gated community so no worry about a lot of traffic.

The location was perfect! Close enough to everything we wanted to do without being right in the middle of it.
The host was great. Received all the info we needed well ahead of time and was available if we needed anything. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed from extra blankets to snacks.
We spent an evening just relaxing by the lake. It was so peaceful.
I would totally recommend this cottage and if we make a return trip would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our food. The view was great! The smart TV made it easy to relax and watch a movie. We played some Yachtzee too!

This was my first VRbo experience. Everything was exactly as shown and described. Communication was great. It is a quaint little cottage feel with a beautiful view of the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The check in was very easy and getting to the cottage was also. Mother nature wasn't very cooperative but the solitude of the cottage made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a jewel! Beautiful view right on the lake. Cottage had everything you needed for a long weekend. Very quaint! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Jamie was wonderful and very helpful and thoughtful! Thank you for a great weekend 😊

My Husband and I wanted Water, Quiet, Peaceful, and that is exactly what we got. Plus, Hot Springs has a plethora of unique sight-seeing experiences. Not every town in the Midwest has a Fisherman's Wharf with fresh seafood or homemade ice-cream from Scoops!

My husband and I had the most perfect weekend getaway at this cottage on the lake in Hot Springs. The hosts were wonderful and made the entire rental process so easy. Everything was decorated beautifully and it was easy to see they take pride in their property down to every last detail. We would definitely stay here again. I have already recommended it to a friend for their next visit to Hot Springs. Such a peaceful and relaxing setting!

It was so peace inducing. I needed that as I had business in Hot Springs and the Village and needed a place to rest and decompress. I also like to pray in the morning outside, so that was awesome! It couldn't have been better! Thank you!

This place was absolutely perfect! Exceeded all expiations clean,cozy, beautiful with a great peaceful location. Only thing that would have made it better was being able to stay longer. I would and will be recommending this place to friends and family going to hot springs. I promise you will not have one complaint. The sweet owners even had a bottle of champagne waiting on us once we arrived. It’s the little touches that set places apart. Well this place surly has them all.

As very well seasoned travelers we certainly want to give cudos to these the host. This cottage is perfect, absolutely perfect, for a couple wanting to share a few glorious days away. Clean, cool (here mid July), convenient to everything you could want. Sitting nicely on a hill overlooking the vast beauty of Lake Hamilton and the beautiful Arkansas tree covered hills. Wasn't disappointed in any way, lived up to the listing information and pictures. We had our boat and the launch area was easy to navigate. Boat slips are available for a small fee, just right below the cottage down the steps, easily to keep a watch on. We were celebrating both our birthdays and our 53rd Anniversary. Will seriously look for a reason to return.....a gem !

Excellent stay!
Great little property! It had everything thing we needed right there so it was super convenient. Boat launch, boat slip, pool etc. Close to lots of things if you wanted to go check out the area one day. Overall great stay.

Every little detail has been thought out from OTC meds and extra items you may need that were possibly forgotten when you packed; clean, accurate description, floating doc was much needed with an awesome view. Would recommend and hope to return!
