El personal es muy buena onda, son divertidos y trabajan muy bien! Sorina, Santi, Lorena, Lara, Cruz y Any, muchas gracias por recibirme tan bien y cuidar del espacio! :) El desayuno es bueno y hace la experiencia en Tenerife más facil y práctica, una vez que las actividades en la isla son en la naturaleza, as veces lejos, así que ahorrar tiempo en la búsqueda por algo de comer es conveniente. También está como a 7 minutos caminando hacia el intercambiador de Laguna, entonces el acceso se torna facil y puedes ir donde quieras con las guaguas.

Las habitaciones, muchas están pegadas donde las lavadoras, secadoras y las tienen puestas hasta tarde. La limpieza de los baños regular, las cortinas de las duchas... Mejor ni hablar y las toallas de mano y de la ducha cuando sales las mismas en 5 días...cuando son baños compartidos. Son niños jóvenes quienes lo llevan, espero que lo lean y mejoren esa parte.

Easy check in, really nice staff and good breakfast. Very confortable bed.

The staff was very friendly and made the check-in very comfortable. The showers are very clean and spacious. There is dinner for only 3 Euros in the hostel which is delicious and cooked with much love. Also, the breakfast buffet is very tasty which is served on the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is such a spacious and relaxed place to hang out with others or to just do your own stuff.

The wifi connection is very bad. It might be ok if you do anything else but watching movies and videos. I had a double room with a window view to the patio. The patio is used as a common bathroom but good thing is that the window has a foldable separation wall in front of it, so no one can look into it. Plus, you have curtains in the room. The only problem is that the room is very small and it can get extremely stuffy if the window is closed.

Well located place, clean and comfortable. Nice and smart people at the reception, good breakfast(my favourite was the homemade cake ;-)..)...nice breakfast place, colorfull and you feel good vibes. In the kitchen you can prepare your food, if you need. For me is 10. Thanks You ;-)

Breakfast was very good and fullfilling, staff, location and facilities were very good.

There is beautiful roof terrace but, it has closing time at 10-11pm and they open just for breakfast. So i couldn't watch the sunrise as it was closed and i couldn't reach any staff. :(shame)

definitely one of the best hostels I ever stayed at. The location of the hostel is perfect right in the city center, the staff is so friendly and they will make sure you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay, there is a rooftop with such an amazing view where you can chill and have a beer or just enjoy a nice meal, so if you ever come to La Laguna don't hesitate this hostel is the best option in town

Everything was great

The stuff was so helpful, the location amazing and th breakfast home-made and delicious! My bed was very comfy and i had the privacy i wanted. The hostel was very clean and i enjoyed my stay thwre as i was at home! I recommend it for sure 💜

The staff was super friendly, great breakfast and cozy terrace (with board games and a couple of instruments) that makes it easy to meet people. Also the bed had curtains which is always nice for privacy.

well it was an all night snoring orchestra in my dorm but that's not the hostel's fault of course...

Great location, rooftop terrace and breakfast included. Beds are comfortable and clean. Everyone very welcoming and friendly.

Kitchen a little small for cooking and preparing meals. Not a lot of space for food items. Staff were very helpful.

Great breakfast, good location

great location. it feels like you’re living in a house but with a lot of roommates. the rooms are spacious, and kept really clean through the day. the beds are comfortable and there are lockers underneath (just bring your own lock). its super close to everything with a bus stop literally right outside! I stayed for 1 week and made so many amazing friends. the staff is the best I’ve ever experienced in a hostel. I literally felt like I was hanging out with friends. if the north wasn’t so cold I would’ve stayed there for my entire trip! The one volunteer even offered to do my laundryyyyy! like how sweet is that! and she didn’t have to.

The only thing is that the light in my bunk bed had wires showing outside and that wasn’t so great. felt like I could get electrocuted 😬. also there’s a very weird smell in the bathrooms, that’s why they clean it so much. it seemed like it was the pipes or something like this. the smell isn’t strong but its somewhat noticeable when you’re in one of the bathrooms.
