The host was friendly. The use of the pool was a plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean (apart from the sofa stains). Aircon was useful.

The place looks nice in the photos but the reality is a little different. It’s furnished with the cheapest of the cheap. A bed base which collapsed as we slept. A fridge freezer that makes noise so that you can’t hear the TV without turning the volume up high. A washing machine that doesn’t spin properly so your clothes are left soaking wet. The sofa bed which we slept on after the bed broke is covered in stains (covered up with throws!) and is very uncomfortable. The house is in a small enclave/estate of housing which is located near an out of town commercial area with car garages etc. Not a particularly appealing area. You’ll need a car if you want to actually visit Beziers centre.

the apartment is equipped with new furniture, very modern kitchen, air conditioning with ceiling diffusion which made our sleep very comfortable; the double bed and the two sofas very comfortable. Large bathroom lovely decorated. Very nice back yard with private swimming pool and palm trees. In front of the apartment a small, but cosy terrace with a very nice smelling Jasmin tree where I loved having my morning coffee. 2 min drive to shopping and 15-20 min drive to the beach. Very charming host; she provided us with useful information about what we can visit around.

in the living room there is a lamp above the entrance to signal emergency exit, which diffuses dim light, which might bother during the night sleep, if you prefer complete darkness, but for us it was ok.

Beautiful pool, very spacious room. Everything was all very new and clean. Great kitchen and lounge set up. Large bathroom and shower. Lovely host who welcomed us.

A little bit further outside of town but worth it for facilities, pool, and reasonable price
