Easy directions to follow and easy to communicate with staff, exactly what the pictures show.

Nothing, locals can tell we were not from there.

It’s an apartment with two bedrooms and all the kitchen stuff, just bring what you need to cook.

House is clean, comfortable and cozy. There are nice little touches that make you feel welcome like motivational quotes on the walls and the overall interior. Complete kitchen facilities. There was drinking water that was provided. AC is cool and nice. We enjoyed staying inside the house.

We saw 2 millipedes crawling on the floor probably from the vacant lot at the back of the building. But the house is clean overall.

the drains in the laundry room, shower and toilet were constantly clogged up. the mesh on the window by the laundry room had thick collection of dust. lizards two of them. one in my bedroom making that lizard noise but can’t find it.

The place is near SM batangas. The staff is very accommodating. They answered all my inquiries promptly. The house was very neat and clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was near establishments and restaurants.

The location can't be pinned properly in Grab so it was a bit hard to inform the rider at first because we were not also familiar with the streets.
