Everything went well. Great accommodations. Only issues: Door to patio area would not lock. Out of alignment Toilet fill valves stuck twice, minor repair needed. Clean drain, hair in baths drain.

We have been to Siesta Key many times, but this was our first time staying at the Sea Shell. The condo was much larger than it appeared in photos and it was decorated so nice! This area of Crescent Beach is perfect for long walks, going to the Point of Rocks, crossing the street to eat dinner or go for ice cream at the Orange Octopus, we walked to the 7-11 for slushies, and hopped on the trolley to go to the village for more shopping and dining options. The host has been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation. We will definitely visit again!

Great condo and location, excellent communication from owner, everything we needed for a great beach vacation including things in kitchen to cook with and extra beach towels and toys!

I love staying in this condo complex. Just a few issues, preventing me from writing a five star coffee pot had mold in it from probably the last couple of renters. The spare bedroom mattress it’s like sleeping on the floor. It’s so hard. The spare bedroom closet couldn’t be utilized to hang my clothes because it was full of beach stuff. Maybe invest in a parking storage like other owners use. There was no dish rag or sponge for doing dishes. There is either an issue with the touch control door lock or the batteries need changed that was a fight every time we tried to get in. These few things would not deter me from staying here again and are just suggestions to have them addressed in the future. Maybe invest in a Keurig coffee pot???

Loved the condo and being able to walk everywhere. The beach, Captain Curts, Cresent grocery store and icecream all right there!

Wonderful unit with great location. Interior of condo was fantastic. The owner was great to deal with. Would not hesitate to rent again the next time we are in the area.

This property has all we needed. Beach chairs from the room, but also plenty of beach chairs on the beach. You can rent or cary yourself for free. And its not far. The room was very comfortable, 3 recliners plus a couch. Cable tv in all rooms. Large shower, fully stocked kitchen. Anything you could possible need. We will return! Gated entry and dedicated parking spot. Lexus HX460had about 2 inches to spare overhead, with had plenty of space. Pool is nice, elevators and carts for use. Nice grill area, gas and charcoal. Only thjng i mossed was a hot tub.

It was a delightful week in a wonderful condo for our yearly family vacation! It was decorated so cute & very clean! The beach access was superb. I can’t think of anything I would change. 5 stars.

This was our second time renting unit 208 and everything was great. There is no real view of the water but the complex is right on a pristine, white sand beach. Seashell condominiums has a private area directly on Crescent Beach with piles of white sand and beautiful aqua blue water. Perfect for swimming and castle building. Suite able fir all ages. The unit was equipped with all your beach needs but we opted to rent a cabana from Sammy’s Beach Bums which made or daily trip to the beach comfortable and relaxing. The condo was clean and well cared for and included everything necessary for a nice stay. The added benefit of being directly across the street to fabulous restaurants and bars made meals and shopping convenient. The free transportation to the village was quick and easy although the south end has so much to offer that we only went into the village twice. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Malinda again.

Pros: location is fantastic . It’s right on the beach , it is across a street from little plaza with a coffee shop two restaurants, ice cream shop and little grocery store. There is more options down the street for restaurants. And free shuttle to siesta key village which has tons of restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful. Decor is really cute. The apartment was very clean, the communication with their manager was great she was helpful answered and helped us with all the questions promptly . The beds were super comfortable. Water pressure was great. It was a quiet inside apt. Cons. If you have younger kids the balcony rail is pretty low . We didn’t read description closely but we only had 6 small beach towels and 8 shower towels for 5 people whole week. So be prepared to wash laundry if you like your towels fresh. They get musty after few days. We had one bathroom roll for each bathroom , one paper towel, and 3 garbage bags. There was no kettle , no foil, no extra pillows or bedsheets. Grill is charcoal, but there is no grill tools , lighter or tray to bring food outside . We hoped to grill but it didn’t work out. There was three pans the non stick one was badly scratched up and stick ones were hard to use ( lots of pancakes were thrown away) We wanted to sit closer to water so we can watch our kids in the ocean so we brought beach chairs from the room. First day one lady asked if we belong here and what apt we were staying at, so we told her and she didn’t bother us again , third day some guy came to us and told us to get of their beach . Didn’t ask us anything just told us to move , we told him we are guests. He was extremely rude in his demeanor towards us. We also noticed that over the whole week many families were seated by us who were not from our hotel and they were not asked to leave. I’m not sure why our family was targeted. Overall, I think this place is described accurately by the owner. We had a fun time on our vacation.

We stayed in 208....amazing place, updated, wonderful, ALL amenities and then some, owner communicated everything and was super, perfect location for everything! Had 6 other families with own condos (senior trip for our boys)....wonderful time! We definitely plan on returning! Thanks, Malinda and Sea Shell Condos!

I was looking forward to this trip all year. Have gone for over 15 years. Unfortunately, the Red tide made the beaches unbearable to walk and swim in. I felt like we should of been notified that the beaches and water were closed prior to arriving. We were credited back $100.00 which we put towards our earlier return flight. I Condo was nice and clean.

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed plus more! All furniture was comfy and there was adequate seating for us! The beds were comfortable. The cupboards were well stocked with everything we needed! Great location! The beach was just steps away as well as the ice cream shop! Hop on the trolley to go downtown for shops and restaurants. Closet was stocked with a small cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and if needed toys for the kiddos. We are keeping all the info on this place in hopes to return someday!

This place is incredible, the process was so smooth the condo is exactly like the pictures and everything is at your fingertips.

The beach is beautiful and this property is located right on the beach! It was clean, updated and comfortable. It was also well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and pool toys as well as many necessary cooking staples. Easy walking distance to restaurants with live music! Communication with owner was easy. We had a wonderful time!

We loved the property. It was very clean, well stocked, and had a great beach theme It looked better in person than on the web site. Communication with the property owner, Malinda, was excellent. She let us arrive early and kept in contact as we were there the week of Hurricane Ian. We ended up leaving early due to mandatory evacuation. Although she was not required to refund our money she did not hesitate in giving us a partial refund. I was impressed with how she took care of the business side of our rental when she was going through her own hurricane issues. We will return to this property, and recommend others rent this lovely unit.

What a cute and comfortable condo. And just steps from beautiful Crescent Beach, Cap'n Curts, a grocery, post office and strip mall. Maybe half an hour from Botanical gardens, Ringling museum and Mote Aquarium, and Siesta Beach. The village is great fun and the condo is quiet. What more do you want???

This is the second time, my family and I have stayed. The property is exactly the way of remembered. Beautifully decorated, clean, with everything you need to have a great vacation while feeling still at home. Host is very responsive and provided all the information we needed to have an excellent experience 10 stars!!!

It was our families first stay in Siesfa Key and also our first time booking through vrbo. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was exactly as it was in the photos. It was beautiful and such a short walk to the private beach. The only small complaint was the water pressure in the master bath. We are used to showers not having great water pressure while away but the sink had even less. Obviously we managed and didn’t let it affect our stay but it was definitely something that needed addressed.

Great location & condo has so many extras provided which is great if your flying in. All of the other guest and owners at Sea Shell are so friendly.

Great property that had everything we needed!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with its beachfront location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops and beach gear provided. The living space, bedrooms and bathrooms were all great and we had a fun relaxing week! We did wish that this condo has its pool in the back facing the beach instead of in the front (facing the road), but the beach is so beautiful we hardly went to the pool. Great vacation!

My husband and I absolutely loved Siesta Key and Crescent Beach. We were first time visitors to the area and will be back. This 2nd story unit in Sea Shell condos was exactly as represented in the listing. The two bedroom, two bath was clean, spacious and modern with a well stocked kitchen and beach accessory closet which included bag, towels, cooler and toys. The condo sits right on the beach so the daily walk to the beach couldn’t be closer. The complex offers plenty of beach loungers for use on their beach. We opted instead, to rent a cabana from Sammy’s Beach Bums who services the Sea Shell complex. I’d highly recommend this option for those wanting a truly relaxing experience as it’s ready and waiting for you daily. The complex is situated across the street from the South Village which features great restaurants and live music daily. We’d definitely recommend Spearfish Grill, Curt’s Tiki Bar and Orange Octopus Ice Cream. You can also easily flag the trolly or one of the many free transportation options to the main village directly across the street. We traveled in early May and didn’t really experience any real wait times for transportation or dining. We did rent a car but other than getting some groceries, the car remained parked in our designated spot under the building. Luggage and grocery carts were provided near the elevator to get your bags to the unit. The beach was fantastic… beautiful soft, white sand that stays cool even on the sunniest days. Surf was calm enough to easily wade out to swim, float or bob and seemed great for small kids. From this unit, a short beach stroll south to Point of Rocks was a favorite place to do a little snorkeling. We did have a storm that came through the first day that churned up some seaweed and deposited it on the beach. This was really only somewhat bothersome on the first day and then diminished. Beach was full but never crowded. Although we never used the pool, there is a small one and it appeared nice and never crowded. This condo unit does have a small balcony that faces the public access parking lot which is very small and never caused any inconvenience. You can see the beach from here but isn’t really a feature of balcony. This is accurately represented in the listing. This also seems to be very common as there doesn’t appear to be many units with a beachfront view. Malinda was easy and responsive to communicate with and we would definitely stay in this unit, complex and beach again.

Great, clean condo. Host was very responsive to questions and let us know about items needing to be fixed and when they would be corrected. Location is great with many stores and restaurants close, some even walking distance. This is our second stay at this Logan’s would come again.
