Pine Peak is a nice cozy Tahoe decorated condo. It is starting to see a little bit wear and tear from so much use. We always take care of the place like it is our own. This year the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, the ceiling fan in the living room was hanging on by one little screw. We had a bat flying around inside this year. Our first morning there was construction right outside our living room at 8 AM with nice big loud equipment! We somehow got locked out of the condo twice as our personal code did not work. RNR was very quick to respond to each incident without hesitation. These were annoying little things as you don’t plan on something every single day of your vacation. Lakeland is still a nice place to stay and I would not ever hesitate to rent from RNR again, as they are awesome!

Wonderful location with easy beach access, nice home but some things need improvement. The dishwasher needed repair but R&R acted promptly, the windows in the 1st floor rooms did not open and close properly, supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap) were low, one bed was not clean, one fan did not work, overall property is not managed as well as it was under Aston compared to current manager. We would recommend using the property but would like to see the above corrected.

We had a lovely but short stay at this condo. Amazing spot for a family to hang out for a couple days! Location is awesome with so many awesome amenities: pool, hot tub, lake, fire pits. The house was clean and had everything you’d need to be comfortable. Only things we didn’t like were its lots of stairs if you have young kids or older adults. The beds were also not great and the checkout time is very early.

No complaints with Villa #462. This home was great! Due to an unexpected fast moving blizzard, we cut our stay by 2 nights. Our choices were to leave before or hunker down. RnR refused to refund any monies and stated it was our responsibility to find other lodging if we were stranded. Customer service did not exist! I will never use RnR again!

We had a great stay at this lovely condo. We came to ski at Heavenly, and the condo was perfectly located with a very short drive to the California lodge or gondola. Additionally, with shared hot tub with lake views was a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of four loved staying in Lakeland Village #462. It has well appointed for all our needs, very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the mountain.Management company is very communicative / easy to communicate with and proactive with information.The unit was well stocked with kitchen tools, coffee/tea, and plastic storage bags. It had special touches like soaps/shampoo etc in every bathroom and kitchen had cleaning supplies as well.We also appreciated plenty of klennex, TP, and papertowels etc. Really all the basics that are needed for a nice long stay.Comfortable beds, nice layout, easy parking.Highly recommend this unit.

This property is beautiful- well maintained, very cute "cabin in the woods" theme. The location is amazing- you can see the lake from the balcony, and it's walkable to a grocery store, CVS, and some restaurants/bars. The hosts were very responsive as well. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. Communication with the property management was great they kept me updated from the moment my trip was booked. When we arrived at the condo I was nervous with all the stairs but we were happy to see a baby gate. The house stayed cool even despite n not having an air conditioner. Master bed was SO comfortable. Great proximity to the pool and the private beach. Fire pits available (great for s’mores) and grocery right across the street. We can’t wait to go back!!

We have rented many condos at Lakeland Village and you never know what you will get when renting through them. This unit was exactly as advertised and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had our 4 kids plus a girlfriend so 6 adults & 1 teenager, and had plenty of room. Location is great, easy walk to the hot tub, lake, fire pits, restaurants, boat rentals and scooters. This was definitely one of our best trips and will stay in this unit again.

We were visiting family and this townhouse was exactly as advertised. It also included some nice surprises … like a fully stocked coffee and tea bar.
The two bedrooms were located on the main entry floor and the beds were very comfortable, however, all the pillows were much too plump and not at all comfortable. An extra hook or two next to the bathroom sink is needed.
The second bathroom is located one flight up (with plenty of towel racks), along with a well equipped kitchen, great room and dining area.
The unit is located in a nice area, and as advertised, it’s an easy walk to shops. Parking close to the unit was challenging on the weekend, but after most of the renters checked out, we got our pick of the spots.

Overall good stay, looks like what is in pictures. I think this was in another review but the heat (if you are staying in colder times) turns down to 55 in the middle of the night. This should be fixed by PM when people are staying there. But know how to work a google nest if you don't want it to get too cold in the middle of the night. Otherwise, nice stay, beds were comfortable, location is nice, showers had great pressure and it was clean! We would book here again.

This property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space for all 5 of us. The property was clean and very comfortable with two cozy fireplaces and lots of extra blankets. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the nearby stores including Whole Foods. The view was so beautiful as you could see the lake and the snow on the mountains in the same view (also walking distance to the unit).

This was a wonderful stay. The location is so convenient. It's just a few steps away from the lake and the property was maintained very well. The property management staff are very responsive and nice. The only negative, was that the stair railings on the second floor are seperated wide enough that my 11 month old was able to squeeze through them so it was a huge safety concern. We ended up blocking it with our luggage and made it work. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything was as described. The condo is a short distance from parking but we brought a wagon to help haul our stuff from the car which was super helpful. Looks like the community has been making a lot of upgrades and there were always friendly staff and/or security around so you knew the area was being looked after. It was unexpectedly quite warm during our September stay so the 2 bedrooms in the basement were lovely while the loft was quite warm even with the fan. So if you need the loft during a warm season (85+ degrees) keep that in mind. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this condo for a ski trip. Although it is .7 miles to one of the Heavenly access points, the main village itself is a couple of miles away. It seems like a pretty good value for a 3 bedroom condo - washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and easy lake access. Only thing missing is a coffee table for the living area, seemed odd that there wasn't a place to put your drink down! I would return to Lakeland Village again.

Great place overall, but loft bed is not great
This place was great for a ski trip. For two couples it would have been perfect, but adding a third couple sleeping in the loft wasn't great. The bed in the loft area was pretty poor, and it's totally open so hard to sleep there if anybody else is up in the house. Otherwise a great spot though.

Very nice condo, great host
Love it! Condo is really nice and clean. Just a minute walk to beach. Convenient to everything. Host is also super responsive. Lots of towels/kitchen utensils etc. Great experience!

Such a great find!
We absolutely loved this condo. The location is perfect - view of the pool and lake right out the back patio, and a very short walk to the beach. The three story condo was roomy and had every amenity we needed. The loft was perfect for two 12-year-olds with the full bed and twin pull out bed. Plenty of hot water with five of us showering and awesome water pressure (matters when you have long hair). They even provided coffee, etc. and makeup wipes in the bathrooms. Just nice touches. We found Lime scooters nearby every day, easily walked down the beach to our boat tour, and even made friends with the sweet older man next door. We’re putting this property on our list of favorites for future visits.

Home away from home!
This condo is the next best thing to staying lakefront, without the exorbitant price. I never wanted to leave! We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking our coffee in the morning with the beautiful lake view. We loved the 1-minute walk down to the lake. My kids loved sleeping in the loft with their own tv! We even loved our neighbors, who we considered friends by the time we left. Thank you for a wonderful week.
