breakfast was a bit disorganised and we booked our inclusive of breakfast but were told it was not included when we enquired at the reception. The reception staff was quite poor. The receptionist on duty was Wanita and Petronella. very poor customer care.

No one did a walk through our room and our bedding were torn and cleaning materials were left in the room.

Location was good, good area and close to town. Good size of room, on the whole the cleaners did a good job. Excellent breakfast, wide choice. The chef also prepares good lunches and dinners. The menu included zambian dishes. Access to swimming pool.

Noisey aircon could not cool room below 20 degrees.

Breakfast was good. Variety served 😊. Precious was kind enough to help my baby and I throughout all our breakfast meals during our stay. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful, Gina I think. Kind and patient. Rooms well maintained, AC was working perfectly well, clean linen. Wifi was on point, very fast.

Bathrooms are a bit too cramped, small. Moment you’re out of the shower you’re literally facing the toilet 😞

Lovely, cheerfully decorated hotel. I think it had been redone recently so everything felt clean and fresh. The room was modern, very comfy beds. Excellent WiFi connection. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on that

The rooms are clean. The breakfast has a good range, including one local dish eg cassava or sweet potato. The location was good and a short distance to most places. Although there was a large conference group booked there, staff handled that reasonably well.

The amount on booking.com is the exact amount you pay. You pay a deposit of $40 which is returned after checking out. I liked that. The rooms are so much better than what you see on the pictures. I hate pictures that look better than the actual place. The beds are so comfy and they provide a hard and soft pillow labeled at the corner, that was good. The linen was clean. The rooms were neat and cozy. The wifi was so fast just like the guy who checked us in had told us, so the staff at reception have a good rating because of his honesty and making sure the internet is fast enough so that his confident about it to the customers. Stayed for 1 night and I liked it. There’s air conditioning in the rooms. The price is good. The staff are great. At check out Petronella got us a ‘taxi’ more like an Uber , you can’t get one without a Zambian line. The driver helped us navigate through the city as we did our errands. The receptionist was kind earning the staff members a good rating. The water from the bathroom showers was hot. A good thing. The bathroom was well maintained no rusty items. They were also clean however from I was eager to observe the shower that’s always being commented upon by most reviews. Sadly yes there’s absolutely nothing you can do to stop water from getting out of the shower cubicle. It actually ends up making a tiny pool outside the cubicle. However this didn’t ruin my bath neither did it irritate me. Maybe in future when renovating, they should fix this, my suggestion.

The dinner was not up to standard. It doesn’t even compare to how good the place is. The juices they serve when welcoming guests are so appealing but not so good on the palate.

The rooms are beautiful. Lovely decor.

there was no towel when i checked in. I wanted to take a shower after I checked in but there was no towel. Was brought after an hour. Tooth brush and tooth paste not available. No hair drier.
