Close to our destination.

Staff took cash deposit from us to insure we didn't smoke in room or have animals. We got back from our day and key didn't work, had to go get it replaced 3 times. In the morning, staff had to inspect room before we got money back, even though we clearly didn't have animals. Rooms are bare bones with old patched tub and very old toilet and sink, floor had dust on it. If you need help, you go to door and ring buzzer, lobby is locked. The best thing about this place was the bed was comfortable.

This is the worse place i have ever been to the bed bugs not clean. Just gross. It was really bad place to stay they really should focus on cleaning vacuuming and changing furniture just remodel paint and weatherize the rooms

Standing out side freezing dirty rooms being treated like i did not know what i was talking about even with showing prove.

Allow people in lobby they try to check i in through small hole and can’t understand English well

There was no breakfast the room size was great. I loved that there was a sofa in the room so you could unwind at the end of the day

The room was spacious.

The WiFi connection was extremely slow. The bathtub/shower drained unusually slowly.

When I checked in there was men sanding down the door to the room and continued to do it for an hour after I got in my room. they were talking extremely loud. throughout my stay there was banging, yelling from outside, and I think a gunshot.

The room was filthy. We actually bought our own cleaning supplies. The ledge on the vanity had LAYERS of dirt on it. The shower/tub drain was so slow that we were in ankle deep water after a VERY short shower. The AC unit louvers were coated with heavy dirt. The TV remote would not turn the TV on or off. I leaned while on the toilet and the toilet leaned with me. I went to the office three times and rang the bell......no answer. We took the loss and left two days early. VERY DISSATISFIED.

well … the location was good

the mold, the taped up bathtub, the lack of hot water, being tested rudely by the staff, needing to change rooms at bedtime, being yelled at for asking for more blankets and towels …

Located on main road. Room was good size.

Rooms needed fixed up. They have bed bugs. Don't do refunds. Couldn't sleep at all. Rooms could have been cleaner.

Good location with lots of places to eat and supermarkets nearby. The room was large, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Wifi was excellent. I would stay there again.

Not many TV channels - but I wasn't there to watch TV.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and roomy. Very nice and quiet place. Room service was very nice and prompt with my requests for what I needed in my room. Internet and cable was very good had a paid channel which was nice.

I didn't like not having a continental breakfast offered. I didn't like not being able to have more than 2 in my room seeing that I may have wanted to invite some family to spend a little one on one time with me and my son, to just sit around talk watch a movie or drink a beer or two together. I didn't like being told had to make a money deposit when room was being paid for with debit card at the hotel. TV could have been a little bit bigger and the volume could've been a lot louder cause I barley could hear it at 100 volume, since rooms are sound proof it wouldn't have bothered my neighbors and I could've enjoyed my movies and shows alot better. But all in all I was satisfied.

The King size bed sat a little high but was really comfortable. The sofa bed wasn't used except for the sofa part and it was comfortable as well. The hotel being within close proximity to pretty much all amenities (groceries, gas, restaurants, and the Greene County Fairgrounds for Hazard Fest) The microwave and refrigerator within the room was a great feature as well. Didn't use the microwave but did use the fridge (very cold).

Nothing!! Everything seemed to be very pleasant and to standards.

This was exactly what we needed for our stay passing through. Nothing fancy but a clean room
