Check in was easy. Very clean.Alex was great to work with even let us know when ready to enter . Wonderful view from the full front windows in living /dinning room & patio. Easy access to beach Beds were comfortable and air conditioning works great. Plenty towels.. If you are going to cook would bring couple larger skillets .

Loved this house and location. Everything was wonderful. I only suggest the owners look into the hot water situation. There was not enough for even 2 people. But will still stay here again once that is resolved!

My husband and I came with our dog Ellie and had a wonderful time. Being right on the beach was perfect and the unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed

All good except we had to scrub all frying pans before using them. They were dirty

There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed but place was clean and exactly like pictures showed. Although you could hear the people upstairs walking around so place must not be sound proof. Also was only ever able to get but one Chanel on the tv. Great place to replace and take dogs. Would go back to Island again.

We rented this ocean front property for three nights. On the first night we saw weather reports of possible flooding. By the next day the weather reports changed to likely flooding, specifically describing our location. We were quite concerned and decided to leave the island for a hotel off-island. We called the rental company & were only able to leave a voicemail describing our concern over the weather and that we were leaving which was never responded to. I completed the check-out process two days early & was still prompted to do it again on our original checkout date. I left a positive review because the property required a significant deposit which I wanted to get back. I didn’t ask for a refund since we made the choice to leave. I was surprised there was no follow-up and no acknowledgement of the difficulty of the situation despite my attempts to communicate that. We won’t be renting from this company again, nor will we be recommending them.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the living room is amazing. We could see boats and dolphins regularly. Beds were comfy and wifi and AC worked great. Access to and from beach is super easy. Location is very close to many wonderful restaurants and 'the pier. We love Crab Daddy's and Crab Trap.

What a lovely home!! The communication with the property owner was excellent. The back porch and access to the beach were just what we were looking for!

The views from this property are even more amazing than pictured! We enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning and glasses of wine on the porch at night - lovely!

Enjoyed Easter weekend right on the beach. Beautiful views and short walk to restaurants and shops. Property was clean and accommodations were perfect!

The first floor was spic and span. The view beautiful. The location awesome! We could walk to town and many restaurants and shopping. We saw many dolphins from our front area. I would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect. We were walking distance from the cute shops and restaurants at Pier Village, which gave our teenage girls something fun to do. Having the cottage right on the ocean was beautiful and convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed quiet time on the covered patio with a wonderful ocean breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay!

We stil wanted to get away even with the pandemic so we rented a house where we knew it would be just us. We really enjoyed it!

The property and location can’t be beat! The lack of HD feeds in 2020 is a disappointment at nighttime. As others have mentioned, the towels there are a bit ratty and the cookware is subpar. If you plan to cook a lot, consider bringing your own cookware. All that being said, we will book again!

Location was awesome! Steps to the beach made it convenient for our family. We loved waking up and ending the day watching the waves roll in and sun rise and set. We also enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and bike rides to town center and pier. We loved exploring in the bikes provided with the unit. The open living room/dining room and galley kitchen were spacious and accommodated our family. New kitchen cabinets and counter tops were very nice. Appliances were adequate. Bedrooms were roomy. Bathrooms were a bit small and in need of updating. We were disappointed with with maintenance and cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. The outer bedding was covered in dog hair and the linens, although washed and clean, were stained. Towels were clean yet worn. Porch furniture was adequate, yet older and rusted. We were disappointed with the responsiveness of the owner/management when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the beds and smoke alarm. Although initially quick to respond, a second contact went unanswered. First time to St Simons but a regular VRBO customer. Enjoyed what the island provided but not what we are accustomed to from a premier partner.

We loved this property! I literally don’t know where to begin. We stayed for Thanksgiving week and were so pleased we can’t wait to return. Perfect location, right on the beach and an easy walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Everything you would need. They even provide beach chairs, toys and bikes! The manager Jennifer was excellent to work with. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We have stayed on the island many times but none had a view that was even close. Thanks for the wonderful place and we will see you again.

Great weekend! Enjoyed walking out the door and sitting on the porch looking directly at the ocean. What beautiful views and sunrises! Close to the lighthouse and pier you never need to drive! Enjoyed our stay! Look forward to coming back!

The house was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Great access to the beach, comfortable furniture/bed, and nice kitchen! We enjoyed our stay. If people are staying upstairs though you can hear almost every move but if that isn’t a big deal this place is great! We would go back.

Easy to use the vrbo website and great experience. Property pictures are accurate you are right on the beach and next to the public access to the beach.

Great location! The yard and sand garea was perfect for our young children. The shops and restaurants are walkable. We were a bit worried about being next to the public beach access, but it was no issue at all. We noticed this spot on the beach was much less crowded than other areas. The bathrooms would benefit from an update. However, they were clean perfectly functional. I would recommend packing a couple of sharp knives as the ones provided were a bit dull. We hope to come back!

Outstanding location smack on the beach with a short walk to the Village. Access to the sandy beach a stone’s throw away. Large panoramic windows facing the beach; however, no screens provided to capture the salty air. Furnishings adequate with 2 nice tv's, good wifi, comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen was just satisfactory as pots and skillets need replaced. If you want to make a complete meal, bring your own. Ample silverware and dishes with toaster, toaster oven, blender, and great coffee pot. Electric stove, microwave, and nice sized frig, and dishwasher. Granite counter tops a plus. Compact washer and dryer worked efficiently. Bathrooms were okay with plenty of new, soft towels provided. Cute little porch with 4 chairs faced the ocean. Good closet space but more hangers needed. Downside was that we were on the 1st floor and had a family renting the unit above us with no consideration for us below as we could hear the children jumping and running, especially early to late evening which was quite disturbing. Sounded like a herd of elephants! We'd like to return to rent the 2nd floor as the location can't be beat and the house was spic and span clean.

Good. However, the hole over kitchen sink is still there from last year. Mirror in Hall bathroom needs replacing. Couch is showing wear and tear.

The pictures on VRBO don't do the rental justice. The inside is much prettier than the pictures indicate and the views from the porch and the inside living areas are unreal! The rental was spacious and clean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO that we have booked. We totally enjoyed watching all the tankers coming and going from the Port of Brunswick. We had no problems with the rental during the month we were there. The one suggestion that we have is to put a grab bar or two in the shower in the hall bath and in the tub/shower combo in the back bath. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful rental. We will be back if we have the opportunity to get back down to St. Simons Island.
