Cleanliness, location, generous welcome package, Prosecco, amazing shower, bath robes, central heating, views of Whitby Abbey, parking provisions.

Not a thing, everything was perfect.

Helen has an exceptional property. The welcome pack was far and beyond above what was required, but very much appreciated. The accommodation was great, the location is right in the heart of Whitby. Dog bowls, dog bed and dog towels were available. I can see why it is called the hidden Gem.

The cottage was spotless and had beautiful touches. The fan in the bedroom was especially welcome (on all through the night every night!) The welcome pack is the most generous we've ever had in any accommodation and was most welcome! The location was fantastic. Central to everything yet tucked away in a quiet lane ... truly is a hidden gem!

The stairs were a killer at times but we knew they were going to challenge us so it wouldn't deter us from returning. Would be good to have a firmer mattress but that's a matter of preference and again, won't deter us from returning.

Exceptionally clean,beautiful welcome pack including wine and lots of fruit. All furnishings of good quality. Excellent power shower and plenty of toiletries provided. a TV on each of3 floors all good quality and excellent reception

There is no car parking on site but a voucher is provided for parking close by.
