Wonderful home with lots of space and beautiful views of the salt pond. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Property owner easy to contact and very helpful. Wonderful week in Bethany!

This place is absolutely wonderful!! The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location to the beach and the views of the canal and salt pond. My family prefers a quiet vacation place to relax and gather. The front and back porches are great outdoor spaces. This home has all the amenities you'll need to have a great vacation.

The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. The 2 master bedrooms were so spacious! We loved hanging out on the 2 decks.

Bethany Beach Blast
Enjoyed our week at Bethany Beach. The property was a great location to enjoy both the beach and town. Plenty of beach gear was provided for us to use at the beach. The kids also enjoyed the games available at the house. Would recommend the property and location to others.

a nice new home with lots of open space!
This is a great place! owner provided kayaks that you could use steps away in a neat little canal that links into a salt pond, the house is new as can be, massive garage, little den area for kids to hang out away from adults, but close enough to monitor, only drawback was the only two tvs in the whole house are in the fam and den, and couldn't get network tv, only apps. When vacationing with parents, it is nice to be able to watch tv from your own room at night before bed. I would highly recommend otherwise, it's a GEM.

Wonderful location and beautiful home!
Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and serene getaway. The home is gorgeous, tastefully furnished and has almost anything you can think of including 2 kayaks that we used several times during our week there. There are a number of beaches located between 5 and 20 mins from the house so very convenient to access. The owner of the property was super kind and generous with information, very approachable and responsive to the questions we had. We had a lovely vacation and would definitely consider going back next year!

Lovely beach getaway
We were two families with young kids seeking a spacious and relaxing home from which to enjoy time at the beach. Sandy’s home surpassed our expectations. The neighborhood is a short drive to the beach, and tucked into some beautiful marshlands that provide serene views from many of the house’s rooms. The house is new, with high-end appliances and lovely interior decor. One of our favorite things about the house was its many decks, with one accessible from each bedroom. There’s also a fabulous, large deck just off of the kitchen where we enjoyed several dinners. We hope to be back again next year!
