The property was perfect for up to four people. Beds are comfy, two baths is great, plenty of bath towels. Amazing beach views, right next to public beach access (pro and con). Two TVs, ceiling fans in bedrooms are appreciated. We always appreciate pet friendly rentals, as do our two furbabies.

My husband and I and our two close friends stayed over a long weekend and had a wonderful time. It was so refreshing to be right on the beach and also being so close the town area with all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed including comfy beds!

Loved the property on the beach. The two large bedrooms were great for us and for our adult daughter! It is Convenient to restaurants and fun things to do. We loved meeting our downstairs neighbors and sharing A cocktail with them! Communication was quick and was easy! Thanks so much! Hope to be back next year!

Location and the front deck were fabulous. The house is spacious for four people. Didn’t cook so don’t know about kitchen except kitchen sink had a lot of grime. Owners must deep clean bathrooms. Need outside light on stairs. No we didn’t contact manager as we were only there 6 days and all these things should have been taken care before we arrived and not waste one of our paid days to reclean. Definitely would rent again if cleaned.

We stayed here in 2019 and wanted to return in 2020 but Covid had a different plan so we were able to stay again this year and it was just as amazing as I remembered. The property is in a perfect location, clean, everything works like it should! I was particularly excited to see that they got a new table for the deck that was a high top so you could see the ocean view. Morning tea/coffee is to die for on the deck as is evening cocktails. I can't wait to go again next year!!

We are checking out today, but would love to stay longer! My sister (from Atlanta) and I (from Florida) met here with our 3 daughters for a little summer getaway. We stayed in the second floor unit and the views from the condo (both inside and out) were amazing. After long days soaking up the sun on the beach (steps away!), we spent the evenings sipping wine on the balcony listening to the breeze and the ocean waves. The kitchen was well equipped and the large king beds (both bedrooms!) were extremely comfortable. The main living area has a great design and the open layout is perfect for hanging out and forming lasting memories with family! We loved this little hamlet and we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you St. Simons and Seaclusion for a memorable stay!!

Our group included my husband, 3 children (ages 4, 8, & 16) mother and myself. The home is beautiful with amazing views. The location is perfect.

Fantastic place right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise and very close to the village. It was perfect for our family of four.

What's not to love about an oceanfront cottage, steps from the beach, very clean, well supplied and with prompt response from owners? We enjoyed being a short drive/bike ride to restaurants & shops. Nearby places of interest include historical St. Simons Lighthouse & Museum, Fort Frederica & Kayaking with Southeast Adventure Outfitters (Mike and Cathy were awesome guides).

Wonderful as usual, this was our fourth year and we already have reservations for 2021. When we arrived the fridge was not operating properly and my husband called property manager and the problem was resolved immediately.

We had a great time and will be back!

Great location! Terrific cottage right on the beach. Just a few minutes from the village and our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in a perfect location, clean and well furnished. Right on the water and a short stroll into town.

We stayed at this property from 2/8 to 2/14/2020. The condo is exactly as I’d expected from the pictures with an amazing view of the ocean. I would highly recommend choosing the upper unit for the best view. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough pans and cooking utensils to make dinners when we wanted to eat in. This property is an easy walk to the village area and lighthouse with lots of restaurants nearby. It does sit next to public access to the beach which wasn’t an issue in February but might be something to consider in the busier seasons.

Vert private area quote house was so quaint and beautiful. We will stay again in the near future.

We could not have asked for a better location - beach front, short walk to the village, and the property is exactly as advertised. Great for the dogs too!

Enjoyed every moment of our stay with the exception of the five pound weight gain.. Sad to leave...hope to return soon.

My grandparents use to live on the island so i spent every summer and then some on the island. I proposed to my wife on the beach out by the Coast Guard Station area. We have visited the island several times over the years. Seaclusion was the perfect stay. Each evening having the doors open and being able to listen to the waves was very relaxing. The access to the beach is steps away from your door. We had to pleasure of meeting the owners while we were staying there which they were the nicest, most caring people. We had minor issue while we were there and Jennifer had it taken care of before we even realized it. Location is great.....so close to pier village where you can park and walk the shops and have access to some great places to eat and have a cocktail. Can't wait to come back! Joey and Wanda

The property was exactly as listed online and we had a good time! It is ocean front so the view was amazing. There is public beach access is right next to the property so it was an easy walk to the beach and the proximity to the Village was excellent. The place was clean and the indoor furniture was nice and very comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to my questions and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay as nice as possible. However the place was dated and a little run down. The pictures online were likely taken some time ago and by professional photographers. The entrance door is sticky and hard to close. The bathrooms and especially the showers could use some updating. Other than repairs there look to have been no improvements made for many years. There was no ice maker in the refrigerator so make sure to buy ice. The patio furniture is worn (with one chair ripped badly enough we didn't use it) and it is not what is shown in the pictures. Bar height patio chairs would make the view of the ocean so much more enjoyable. Also, I was so looking forward the the 'private' beach area and grass lawn but the sand has been washed away and not replaced.

The property and location exceeded our expectations. Proximity to the Village perfect, we could walk on the street or when the tide was out walk to the Village on the beach. There is everything you could need if you want to cook your meals. The Bankers are amazing and very responsive. Being dog friendly on top of that made our stay complete. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful, restful vacation. We can’t wait to return.

The property was exactly as listed online and we had a great time! There are so many pros to staying in Seaclusion (the upper unit). The views were amazing. We took our pups for a walk on the beach every morning/night and they loved it! We spent a lot of time on the beach but it was nice that there was also a patch of healthy thick grass for the dogs to use. As an added bonus, there is a child gate provided to block off the balcony, so the dogs were able to sit out on the balcony with us without us having to fear that they'd run off. It was delightful. Public beach access is quite literally right next to the property so it is a very short walk. The beach never felt crowded, even when it was busy. The food options are fantastic - lots of great restaurants and grocery store options. The island is easy to navigate and the people are friendly. The indoor furniture was well maintained and comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was a little soft/bouncy for my taste but we slept just fine. The property managers are responsive - the coffee pot was missing the carafe but they brought a whole new coffee pot when I let them know. Only a few "cons" and they are extremely minor. The back door is sticky and hard to close. It was just a minor inconvenience but seems like it should be an easy fix. The fridge is very basic (no ice machine) so we had to buy ice. The patio furniture is a bit dated and it would have been so much more enjoyable to have bar height furniture so that the view of the ocean wasn't obstructed by the patio railing and slats. To see the beach, you had to stand up. I would have loved to enjoy my morning coffee while sitting and gazing at the beach, but it wasn't really possible with the standard height patio furniture. Also, one of the four patio chairs was ripped so badly that I didn't feel comfortable sitting in it. It wasn't an issue for us because we only had 2 people, but if we had 4, then one person would have been sagging towards the ground.

Our week was awesome...long walks on the beach. A variety of species seen. Hugh ships and small ones. Perfect distance to walk to down. Check out the wharf.
