I had booked through booking.com and before that I've booked a few places through them and haven't had issues. When we first got there a lady checked us and basically gave us the wrong room I was just kinda whatever about it but then while we were in the room someone else had a key to get in so we went down stairs to get it situated and the person behind the desk was a different lady well apparently the other lady wasn't doing her job right so this lady who was super nice and sweet fixed everything. When it was our turn she couldn't find our booking even tho I had the number and everything so we had to go through the hotel and she gave us the room I originally wanted and gave us a little discount for the inconvenience. The hotel was very nice and clean and all of the staff were great besides that first lady that checked us in.

Everything was new and up to date had my facilities my similarities the pool was nice

I got a two bed suite room was average size for a single bed much smaller than I had been expecting

Convenient to our venue. Easy to find. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Great breakfast options! Especially impressed with the breakfast hostesses!

There was nothing to not like

room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, hotel was close to our work. we were very satisfied and will likely be staying again the next time we work in the area.

we would have like to have been able to walk to more food and entertainment options, but that really doesn't reflect on our opinion of the actual stay or hotel

Great breakfast. The waitress who staffed it was fantastic. Nice cleaning staff. Great beds. We all slept well.

The pool is only open 10a - 10p, but that wasn't prominently noted anywhere in the booking process. This was a differentiator for us deciding to stay as we were on a long car trip and wanted the kids to get some energy out before getting back in the car. Opening at 10a seems totally impractical. If a checkout is 11 or even noon, there's almost no opportunity to use it. Early morning hours are essential to making this a meaningful amenity. Was a waste and probably wouldn't have stayed there had we known. Also ALL of the trash cans outside were overflowing.
