It exceeded all our expectations positively! The apartment is simply beautiful, well-decorated, super clean, and the host George was really kind. The communication with him was great, he replied very fast and was available to help us at any time. He also shared some tips about the city and the neighborhood. The location is perfect, close to the city center and very easy to reach the port to get the ferry to the islands. We were truly impressed by the hospitality, and the apartment is even better than the pictures, We loved it and for sure we will come back! 100% recommended.

Hot shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed, bottled water provided, helpful to have a washing machine, and we loved the rooftop balcony with view of the Acropolis! George was a fantastic host!

It's a small apartment with no view from the room - but perfect for what we needed.

The location is very good, close to Acropolis, 15-20 min walk. The apartment is very clean and has everything you may need. The look from the top of the building is wonderful, you can see the Acropolis as well. Our host George was wonderful, gave us very useful instructions what to do in Athens for this short period . All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much 😊

The lift to the top of the building was small and not good for those who have fear from the small place.

The place is nice and clean! It has a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, tv etc. The host was super kind and helpful! I definitely recommend this place and I'll book again if I visit Athens in the near future

The apartment is a nice 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Also the apartment is located on the first floor and may be a lilt noisy.

George was a very pleasant host, answering our questions and giving great recommendations. The apartment is very close to the center, we ended up mostly walking everywhere but we enjoy active holidays. The metro is a quick walk away, as is the tram if you want to venture further. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with all the amenities you would like (I really appreciated the hairdryer). The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to save some money by cooking at home. The view from the roof is breathtaking! I we spent every evening on the rooftop just watching the Acropolis. The photos don't do it justice - it appears much closer than you expect. You can find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, stores, etc very close by. For this price it would be difficult to find something better. Highly recommend staying here!

If you're a light sleeper I recommend closing the windows at night, as the street next to the apartment can be pretty busy. The apartment is pretty dark but for us it wasn't a problem as we spent most of our time outside. The wifi might cut out but that is a problem everywhere in Greece unfortunately.

This studio is amazing. It was very clean, quiet and was close walk to the metro and to some of the sites. There was a roof top patio with a great view of the Acropolis and to watch the sunset. George was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed for our week stay here. George gave us many recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Definitely will stay here again when coming back to Athens!

Very modern and everything was clean. We were extremely satisfied, and it’s a huge find for the price. Will be happy to stay there another time. It also had access to a rooftop with view of acropolis. George, the host, is really helpful and nice.

Nice, clean and cosy apartment in a authentic and exciting neighbourhood. The rooftop terrace had a stunning view and is perfect for evenings. The host, George, was very welcoming and polite, and was very helpful with good recommendations for good local restaurants and cafes.

Location was perfect, the owner is amazing and extraordinary helpful, amazing view on the roof, very clean, minimalistic but comfortable accomodation, one of our bests in my entire life. I recommend it for every traveller.

A little bit dark room, but it was not quite essential during our stay. Actually it is An advantage since the hot Sun does not rise in.
