Rooms are destroyed broken doors with holes shower was dirty and the AC didn’t work bed was broken from the bottom

We were moved to a bigger room when the hostess realized I had 2 children with me. The room seemed newly remodeled and it was nice to have 2 easy chairs.

No breakfast

Staff was not nice to us very rude,the AC was not working it was running heat. And I didn’t like how the front desk lady ask if I drove here,I said no I was dropped off and my ride was there standing with me,because she was my niece and making sure I got to my room safely and so the front desk lady said to me,if I knew you were a drop off I wouldn’t accepted you,it doesn’t matter if I had a ride or rode a taxi or rode with a family member there,she was very rude in her tone of voice. I have never experienced going to a hotel or motel and be treated that way,that was my first time to see that and so that is what they need to teach their staffs to be welcoming their costumers and be nice

I expected a lot less for the inn. Comfortable bedroom, very clean and done by about 12 am.

Exterior does not look good and the location is not the best in Greeley.

Extremely Clean! For a Saturday night it was Very Quiet and it was fully booked! (There was a train in distance, but that was neat) It's close to just about anything you could need. For an older building it's been renovated and updated Really Nice. It's a basic room, has what you need and what you don't have in room is super close. Bed was Very Comfy! Does have Very Good Security. Staff is Friendly and Helpful! Would Absolutely Stay Again! I had an Excellent Stay!
