The property is very well maintained and is obviously an often used rental. I've never seen a place so meticulously labeled. It became a running joke with my family. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. Once you leave the neighborhood, however, the traffic is unreal. Do not plan on a quick trip to Walmart to grab a couple items. Also, our biggest complaint with the house was the alarms on the door to the pool deck and patio. You can silence the alarms when exiting the house but not when re-entering unless you have another family member inside holding the button for you. The houses are very close together and it became embarrassing that the neighbors had to listen to this alarm all evening. If you want to quietly slip outside for a soak in the hottub or maybe some yoga by the poolside in the morning you won't be able to re-enter without waking everyone. The kitchen is by far the best rental kitchen I have used. If you have it in your own kitchen, it is most likely there at the house. I made Christmas dinner for my family and had no trouble finding enough casseroles, crock-pot, even an electric mixer! There was a knife sharpener which I also appreciated very much. Also, Plenty of linens! Lots of towels and washcloths, towels for the pool, kitchen towels. I very much appreciated that.

Please find a way to bypass the pool door alarm from the outside. I dreamed of doing my morning yoga poolside all year and couldn't do so without waking my family to get back in. Also, it took us a couple of days to find the towels in the hallway linen closet. A heads up on that would have been nice. Shawna was lovely to work with

The good: 1. Shawna of Dream Rental Properties was very helpful and responsive. 2.The place is fairly comfortable, was clean, has onsite laundry and was large enough for me and my family, and was easily accessible. The not so good: 1. The pool alarm is a NIGHTMARE. My brother and his family stayed at a similar VRBO in the same community and was able to disable the alarm so it didn’t frighten everyone in the house over and over again. - There is no way to signal alarm turn off when you enter the house from the outside, so if someone is in a bedroom resting and you are at the pool and need to come in, there is no way to enter without setting off the pool alarm. For this reason, I would never stay at this VRBO again and I would specifically ask about the pool alarm situation when staying at another rental in Florida. 2. There was no sponge, dishwasher detergent, towels for two set up in the master bedroom (only for one), and not enough toilet paper. For such a short stay (4 nights), I would expect all to be stocked. 3. There were no instructions for how to turn on the outside lights about the pool and we needed to call for help. 4. The pool lights (in the pool) did not work 5. The jets in the Sauna did not work, which I would expect after spending extra money to be able to use it. - yes it costs extra money if you want the sauna and pool to be heated. 6. Finally, the directions throughout the house made me feel more like a criminal than a guest. It would be nice to add some touches of gratitude and the word “kindly” and something around appreciation. Between the directions and the alarm, my family and I were quite on edge while staying in this residence.

The experience was fine. The temperature was actually cool at 74 degrees. I would recommend a safety bar in the master bath since the shower floor was lower than the bathroom floor. Also the alarm with the pool could use a button outside for reentry into the house.

The house was very clean and had enough space for 3 couples to be able to have there own space. The location is wonderful and close for everything we needed while we were in the area.

We had a great experience here. The home was clean, very comfortable, and well stocked with towels/linens and all the kitchen ware we needed. Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

We enjoyed being centrally located for meals and shopping. Be prepared, there are NUMEROUS ways that you can incur fees/fines when staying at this property. Between the "welcome" email and other notices at the property, it was made abundantly clear that you could be fined for not understanding the trash rules, the pool door rules, the cleaning rules...etc. It really did become a running joke for us. Having said that, we had a wonderful stay and have not received any notice about actually breaking any of these rules or incurring any fees or fines.

This place was just what we needed. Some R & R in a beautiful home. It was very clean with lots of amenities.

Property was beautiful. If we take another Florida vacation will definitely stay here again Shawna was awesome. She responded quickly to all our needs and had excellent recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area

Overall the house was very clean and maintained, the pool and jacuzzi was very nice but the heat for both was not included in the price of the rental it was an extra cost. House was stocked with what ever needed to cook inside, the grill was there but was a extra cost as well if you wanted to use it. If you wanted to park in the garage that was a bit of a burden because there wasn't a garage door opener, had to get in and out of the car to open/close the garage. A/C was locked at 75 degrees and could not be adjusted so it was a little stuffy specifically on the real hot humid days. The audible alarm for the doors leading to the pool was a bit annoying, took awhile to get use to it, but after a day of hearing the alarm you learn to close the doors behind you. Location was good, close to shops, restaurants, attractions, airport. I rate the house a 7 out of 10, would have been higher if it wasn't for some of the inconveniences and the extra costs for the little things.

The biggest problem that ruin our stay was the lack of customer service and cheap experience. The property manager, particularly Shawna L. Davis, the main point of contact, provided the poor customer experience. In our first night at the house we hardly slept, as the A/C was extremely hot, set at 78F. The next day we reach out to Shawna, main point of contact, asking for the A/C to please be adjusted to 70 or no more than 72F as we cannot adjust it as it was locked. The next day we realized it was only adjusted to 74F, and when I inquire why it was not adjusted to the temperature we requested she stated and I quote "As I explained to you, we cannot set it to 70 as I would set it to 73." When I complained in written asking to please adjust the temperature again to no more than 72F, and to please listen to our customer voice, as this felt like a cheap customer experience trying to save money, this is the response I got from her and I quote: "We are not giving you cheap customer service as we accommodate all of our guest and you have a nice home, and we offer great customer service for all of guests. As it was explained in the arrival, you were not to tamper with the pool alarms as you don’t tamper with the alarm system either. We will gladly adjust but with the affordable rates we give our customers, and of course the house is well insulated to feel comfortable at 72-73 as all guests like 74." With this non-center customer service response, you get the whole picture: 1) She did not listen to the customer voice 2) She mentioned "as all guests like" and we were bucketed, as one more guest force to follow what she believed was comfortable. 3) The condescending and lack of professionalism used in her communication style. Additionally, the part that generated the most frustration and bad experience was when this representative mentioned not to tamper with the alarm and pool systems when we never used them, not even once as we were gone the whole day in an event and we were using the house to sleep mostly. She even went as far saying: “there will be a $500 fine as you cannot tamper with the alarm.” When we asked since day one in written, in a professional, polite manner and asking for the alarm to be adjusted. Just so unprofessional, first and worst experience ever. In essence worst customer experience ever provided by an unprofessional representative that has no idea about the true meaning of customer service.

We enjoyed our time. One thing I would recommend is to have hand rails for the hot tub. We found it difficult to get into and out of. Of course we’re older and are careful not to fall. Everything was good
