La situation géographique est idéale pour accéder rapidement à l'aéroport, sans le désagrément des bruits d'avions. Suite spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain bien équipée. Accueil courtois et efficace.

I chose this place because it was close to the airport (we had a 6am flight on our last day). We got here by taxi, then had one day to explore Krakow, which was easily done by bus. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, booking my taxi, organising a vegetarian breakfast etc. The grounds are surrounded by park with a pond, so it's really nice to walk around. There's nowhere to get dinner around here, so best done in town and then get a bus back. The interior of the accommodation was to a high standard. You couldn't hear any aeroplanes through the windows. I was so relieved that in our triple room we were given three beds, not just two beds and a sofa bed!

The exterior of the palace building really needs restoration. No places for dinner nearby.

There was no AC, no screens on the windows so bugs came in when I opened them because the room was quite warm, & the curtains did not cover the windows so the room was not dark.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, it was a beautiful place to stay

It was a bit isolated, you need to bring your own food or order delivery from a pizza place, there aren't restaurants around

Very nice location in a quiet area, close to the airport. Very nice and pleasant staff. Highly recommend 😊
