There is no reason not to stay here. The owner communicates well and has bent over backwards to add value by equipping this property with many extra items that add convenience. The provided Keurig coffee, kitchen equipment, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc, really add that special touch. Would stay again and would also trust staying at this owner's other properties.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Sea Trail property. The entire process from booking through departure was smooth and easy. The property manger responded to questions very quickly and also provided us with a great list of local restaurants to try. The property was sparkling clean and very cozy. We will definitely plan another trip to stay there again.

Great stay for a family! The unit is well kept with newer furnishings and all the amenities needed. It has master B.R. and a separate part with 2 queens and a full bath. Close to the beach "5 minute drive max" which has the finest sand. Short drive to everything. Wilmington and Myrtle beach are both less than an hour and Charleston was less than 3, so a great location for day trips. Jeff communicated everything the day before and checked in on us to make sure things were going well. It's their happy place and we made it ours too for the week!!

Our family of four stayed here for a week at the beach. The hosts were gracious and excellent communicators.
The unit is on the first of two floors so there was easy access to and from the vehicle. There was also a convenient hose and place where you could rinse off any beach sand before entering. The condo was the most fully stocked rental I have ever stayed at. This included Kuerig coffees, teas, condiments, cooking utensils, zip lock bags, a swiffer mop, a decent vacuum, towels, sheets, and plenty of beach items, which were a huge plus! Note for any light sleepers, the tenants in the unit upstairs were not light-footed and were early risers (6AM) so this is something to be mindful of for any light sleepers. The common area was very comfortable including two lazy-boy chairs, a sofa and bar stool seating in the kitchen. The televisions were pre-loaded with Netflix and cable, which was a nice to have. Minutes from Sunset Beach and all it has to offer including ice cream shops, restaurants, and the beach! We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

We loved the condo! Perfect size and location for our family of four! Bedroom and bathrooms were very spacious and met our needs! Jeff was great with providing all the details plus great suggestions for nearby dining! Just a few minute drive to the beach. And we enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future! Thanks for your hospitality Jeff!

Owners were great to communicate with. They made sure everything was there you could possibly need on your trip. They're gracious enough to let you borrow anything they have there like beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Place was very clean and decorated. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay at this one again on our next trip.

Great Experience
Spent numerous times at Sea Trail. this was by far the best place we have stayed. Cathedral ceiling nice decor, kitchen fully stocked and quiet.

A great condo for a beach or golf vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Marsha's condo in Sea Trail. The large 2BR unit was well-equipped with everything we needed. The screened porch overlooks the Maples golf course fairway. The location is ideal with the beach within a 5 minute drive and several golf courses nearby. I would recommend this home for anyone planning a golf or beach vacation in this area.

Wonderful Stay
Owner Jeff is very friendly, helpful, generous, and exceptionally responsive. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of four. Owner provided everything we needed and then some. Quiet location on a golf course and minutes from Sunset Beach. We highly recommend this condo !

Jeff couldn't be more of a wonderful and kind host. The property is stocked with everything you could possible need. Very clean and very very comfortable (beds are outstanding). Jeff will always be my "go to" for a place in the future!

A hidden gem. A special place
A+ in every way, very pleasant experience. Definitely enjoy having a full kitchen with every utensil within reach. Patio area is wonderful any time of day especially mornings. Host is outstanding and easy to communicate with. Beaches are clean and the whole town is a special place. Definitely planning to return!

Sunset Sensation
My husband and I enjoyed our tranquil stay at the Sea Trail property. Jeff was great in keeping us informed and readily available to answer any questions. The property is pristine clean and had everything we needed to prepare food, wash laundry, clean dishes and prepare for our day. We even took the beach bikes out to ride around the golf course grounds and take a leisurely ride up to Sunset Park. The beds were very comfortable and every night had a good nights sleep. The town of Sunset seems to go at a slower pace and that was fine with us. We did not want to be around large crowds and Spring break teenagers. I would recommend checking out the Ingram Planetarium, they have laser light shows in the evenings around the weekend. Plus, we had a wonderful kayaking tour of Bird Island with Summertide Adventure Tours. It was a four hour tour going through Intercoastal waterway through the marshland and out to the beach and back. We ate some great food at Fibber McGees, Becks, and Boundary House. The Sea Trail property was our home away from home and allowed us to venture out in Sunset Beach and beyond comfortably and easily.

Everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the great communication that we received from Jeff the owner. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We truly felt that we were at home while we were there. We plan on coming back when time allows and will certainly be staying here again.

This was a very clean condo with comfortable beds. We found the unit to be exactly as the owner described and shown in the photos. The owners were very easy to work with, accommodating and communicated frequently to ask and answer any questions promply.

My son and I spent a week at this lovely bedroom condo which is located on a golf course at Sea Trail Plantation and is just over the bridge from Sunset Beach. This clean condo is well decorated. All of the furniture was comfortable and in great condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, paper products and even some spices. The owners were good enough to allow us to use their beach chairs and beach toys that were at the condo. We spent several of our days at the beach so the beach chairs and toys were put to good use. I can't say enough about the owners, Jeff and Marsha Doss. They contacted me prior to my arrival and provided me with all the info that I would need regarding the condo and the Sunset Beach area. Jeff and Marsha contacted me several times during our stay, checking in to make sure that everything was going well. I strongly recommend this vacation condo to anyone who looking for a nice place to stay in Sunset Beach, close to the beach and on a golf course. We will definitely be back!

Good for Families
This place is all you could ask for in a vacation spot and very clean. Every detail has been thought of for your comfort and needs. You do have to put the provided, clean sheets on each bed you plan to use. Jeff and Marsha are amazing and are very quick to help. Everything you need is a short drive away and the beach is less than 5 minutes away and has several public beach accesses and free parking. Amazing and relaxing place for families especially if you aren't looking for a busy, commercialized area. Will definitely stay here again.
