The location is good for easy walk into town. No privacy to relax outdoors and enjoy water/views. Strong cigarette smell from another unit in bldg.

It looks just like the pictures, everything is neat and in order. Our only "issues": directions to the unit is non-existent. From the front, you might eventually find your way down pitch dark stairs and hallway...even in the middle of the day, not a good / safe idea. So go to the parking lot on the right (not labeled as the listing says) and go down the back stairs and enter from the door facing the water. Also, no reminder/label on the thermostat that there's no central heat/air. We fiddled with that forever getting nothing, then we found the space heaters. Very minor issue...mattress is VERY soft/shallow meaning you're essentially sleeping on a hard platform bed. Okay for a 1-2 nights...but not longer. Couch is horribly uncomfortable to sit on...you just keep sliding off...so we put pillows on the table and rested our feet there.

Clean, updated and functional condo with everything needed. Nice spot on the water!

Our family stayed in this place for 4 nights. The kids slept on the pull out couch and parents in the bedroom. It was enough room for all of us! The kitchen had a nice layout and all amenities needed to cook. There is a BBQ outside on the patio with a great view of the water and boat docks. The kids really liked watching the train go by! The green space out back was great for playing with the kids. Neighbors were friendly The place is a shot 5-10 min walk from the main public beach. Even shorter walk to many great restaurants and pubs! Try out Utara brewing for some excellent pints and the best Indian food I've ever had!
