The whole weekend was wonderful. We travelled as a family to my sisters wedding on the pier. Luke and Rachel were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble, we arrived late due to traffic, they allowed us to eat a take away meal in their dining area as the restaurants had stopped serving meals at the time of our arrival. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definetly return.

We liked everything, the rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast was all a high standard. We will definetly try and visit again. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. A perfect stay.

even though the heating was put on, it went off very quickly. it was cold on arrival and if it wasn’t for the snuggly blanket sitting in the living room would have beeped uncomfortably cold

Our room was clean, bright and airy, and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities. I loved that there was a separate seating area to the side of the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked as expected. Also an added touch for me was the small off street car park at the rear of the property.

My only gripe was the two radiators that we had in our room, rwere both Luke warm for the duration of our stay. Thankfully it wasn’t super cold this weekend (and too be fair both me and my partner often feel the chill very easily) however it would have been nice to be able to control the temperature in our room.

we stayed in room 3 and it was absolutely gorgeous… so spacious & beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was delicious. great location as so close to beach & restaurants. parking at the property was an added bonus too.

I liked that our room had a Separate seating area. The decor of room was really nice and very clean felt fresh. had a kettle and hot drinks provided in the room. Really good breakfast including in the price. The couple who run and own property were nice and very warm and friendly. really like the set up they have and who definitely return.
