Actually we didn't stay there because they were asking for more money to keep our luggage. Not at all clean. Though we had send a request We didn't get the money refunded

There was nothing to be liked

They have refused to give booked hotel as it was very cheap rate. I had to rs 1000, for which no receipt was given. You should close this oyo at the earliest, otherwise I will be forced to report to police. As hotel staff do not cooperate, they say as it was booked by Oyo, you talk to Oyo. When I had talked, the useless person on the other side replied room can not be given at this rate. Then what the hell, why you have open online booking. After reaching hotel Gokul Villa, Ahemdabad, the staff was not cooperative, I had to forgo my booking and forced to pay rs 1000. The staff seating other side to whom I had complained said if you wish, hotel may be given at rs 1350. Why, I don't understand. Total experience, was very bad, I will report to my friends and on social media.
