it is brand new. appartment looked really well. the swimmingpool was great and next to the ski slopes which is fantastic. location is great.

there limited parking spots at the appartment complex. however sufficient parking spot on the streets of Le Corbier. the staff is not that flexible when it comes to early check in.

Location was great. Near lifts and restaurants. Ski hire shop in the hotel and a great ski locker which is secured with your room key. It had a heated boot warmer so we were putting warm boots on each morning. The steam room, sauna and pool are nice although they do get a little over crowded. The bread service was very handy each morning.

The pool could have been a bit warmer. The sound proofing wasn’t that great - we could hear the family above us making lots of noise. There was 6 of us in a 8 person apartment which was just about right. I think 8 would have been too crowded.

Otelin yatak koruyucuların temizliğini kıntrol etmesi gerekir. Mutfağın temiz bırakılması gerekiyordu. Oldukça yüksek bir fiyat ödedik. Öutfak temizliğini bize yaptırtmamaları gerekir. Özellikle de erken çıkış yapıp bir de bulaşıkları yıkayıp yerleştirmek çok zorlayıcı.

Mattress were a bit hard. This is the only „negative“ comment.

I like all staff they are amazing and very helpful and I would like to mention a name here. CAROL thank you so much 😊 Place of hotel is amazing it is located over 1500 meters It is full of activities for kids and adult I highly recommend this place for Families groups

There was no internet for mor than 5 days :( which cost me payed more money to subscribe with mobile network 50€ I did not like late check in it was 5 PM while you should check out at 10 AM There is no toilet paper only in arrived and you have to clean your room during your stay. I hope there was room service. Room space

Location was good for ski in and out (with use of a short button lift to get to main lift out of Le Corbier to avoid a small uphill walk). At the time we went we experienced no lift queues during the whole week but was special Covid induced circumstances. With a few bottle necks across the Sybelles area it is easy to see how delays could build during normal occupancies. Accommodation was certainly adequate and the kitchen was fairly well equipped however we did need to use some of our own very large saucepans that we had brought along. The ski lockers were of reasonable size for a party of 7 in a 10 bed apartment and the boot warmers actually worked. The inside/outside pool was good compromise and the sauna and steam rooms were adequate off peak. However during peak times another sauna and steam room are certainly needed to avoid a 30 min wait

The bedrooms were a little small compared to similar apartments of similar price and storage could have been improved in the bedrooms with a few clothes hooks. Also with all storage on one side of the bedroom it was inconvenient for the person on opposite side to use. It would have been better if 1 or 2 rooms of a 4 bedroom apartment had been bunk rooms with twice the storage. Last orders at eating establishments thoughout the whole village end at 7pm. This means most travellers by car leaving UK on the Saturday morning will not be arriving in time to eat out. Also very few bars to just have a drink inside and most evenings out were brief and chilly as had to sit at outside tables. Clearly a resort designed for families with scant evening entertainment.
