Cute venue on the outskirts of Standish overlooking fields. The pub itself is nice.

It's just too overpriced what what I got. A very small room. Cleanliness not great. The kettle was thick with dust. Cups a bit stained. Towels were ancient. Bedding was tired. Ensuite tiny and very tired. I felt like I was staying in someone's spare room on old bedding. It could be good. It needs some TLC.

Room and bathroom are extremely small The room is not well isolated and you can hear across the walls.

Breakfast was absolutely incredible! One of the best full English I’ve had.

Room was as described and nothing wrong with it. Just note that the ‘small double’ is just that. Clean and tidy

Staff friendly and helpful which was great.

Room was externally accessed only via a.fire exit and concrete stairwell. This will change as the hotel is fully refurbished.

Having to go outside and up a flight of concrete stairs to the room. Internal lift to bedrooms required. Room was very small.
