The condo was perfect for party of 6 comfortably!
Clean.. nice area right across the street was the ocean. Would stay there again.

The place was well kept and the pool and pool deck was great. The staff on site was always taking care of the place. We had a great time with our mother. The elevator was a must.

Stayed here with my husband and two boys (age 3 and 1). Everything was great! The regency building was well maintained and the pool was great! Right outside the building before the beach is a bunch of playground structures like a pirate ship, a train, a bunch of things for the kids to play on. The beach is so short compared to wildwood which was so much easier with the kids! about a 15 minute walk to the end of the boardwalk where there was another playground perfect for the kids. Definitely recommend!

It was not clean , the blinds on the sliding door to the balcony were missing , the bathroom sink in the back bedroom didn't drain properly , the toilet in the front bathroom was loose and felt like it was going to fall over.The toilets were DIRTY!! We stayed there last year ,on the 7th floor and it was the complete opposite . The only reason we went down to the 3rd floor was because it had a second bathroom and was a little more up dated. We were also charged alot more money, as it was through a realtor and I went through VRBO . When asked about the extra fees they said VRBO charged them . We also noticed that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher ,which we didn't use,as we brought down our own dishes and utensils. All I can say is it was a dirty dump! What a big dissapointment!! Looked better in the pictures ,than it was.Don't know if we will book through VRBO again .

Beautiful condo but not very clean need to fire that service and hire another. I know also was not clean when previous tenants were in the week before. Don't know where my cleaning fee I was charged is going..

The Regency is a well maintained building. Our rental was nice sized and having 2 baths was a must! The pool area was really nice and clean along with the laundry room. We were worried about the 11 blocks to the boardwalk with our 3 yr old grandkids but we had no problem driving and finding parking.
This was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Had no issues with renting, checking in or checking out.
Overall unit was well maintained with just a few areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
We highly recommend and would love to rent again next year.

Beautiful condo, great location
The condo is spacious and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Even though it is on the pool side, you can also see the ocean. The beach is very close and boardwalk is about 11 blocks away. We had a great time and will be back.

Convenient Location
I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was only one block away from the beach and 10 blocks from the boardwalk. It had all the conveniences of a home, including a full kitchen will all appliances. I would highly recommend this.

Great Place
This was a great place to stay! Very clean, family oriented atmosphere. Loved the maintenance crew at the building and all other residents. Will hopefully be booking again next year!
