The property was very cosy, well equipped and we slept well.

The property had too many tasks and rules, for example we had to make our own bed, take out the trash and properly clean the property when we left. When you are just staying for one night and you’re on holiday, it is quite annoying. If I wanted to do chores, I would have gone to an Airbnb. This location is probably more suitable for longer stays, when a level of tidying would be expected. On a minor note, the public car park they recommended had a lot of smashed glass everywhere when we visited, which was a bit stressful as we had to move everything from our car in the property as a precaution. This might have been an isolated incident, and of course not related to the property (or our rating), but we would recommend parking in the more open spaces, not amongst the trees if you have an option.
