The condo was very nice and the location was perfect to walk to town. Super close to the beach. Less wordy, clear-cut directions of how to find the condo would be helpful. Add the name of the condo section to help people find it more easily. Otherwise, it was a really great experience.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our visit to Anna Maria! The room was exceptionally clean, short walk to the beach right across the road, beautiful screened in porch to sit and eat breakfast, and Will was great to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

Location was perfect, and place was clean and very spacious

We loved this condo! Perfect location, nice a roomy, the little extras such a beach umbrella and floaties were so awesome! Only problem we had was, when we showed up our toilet flusher was broke and it took a couple days to get someone out to get it fixed. It didn’t change how amazing the trip was and didn’t really ruin anything for us.

We loved the place and location. The place was nice and exactly as listed . We would definitely be back and stay here again!

Will’s properties are always clean, well equipped and located across from the beach! Been here to his place many times and it is amazing each time!

Condo was very clean and just as described. Loved the large shower and the screened in porch. Excellent location. Beach is right across the street. Beach chairs were provided. Restaurants, bars and shops a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3 and would also work for more people. We loved how open the kitchen, dining, and living room was. Also, spent a lot of time on the screened in balcony. Unit was equipped with everything you could need. Beach umbrella and sand toys were a bonus. Very clean and the linens were soft and comfortable. Beach access and lounge chairs right across the street. My son loved the pool. Even walked to a couple of restaurants. Would definitely book again.

The view is fantastic from the room and deck. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The warm pool was wonderful.

We only stayed for one night, and were so impressed with this unit! We wished we were staying longer. The condo is more spacious than it looked from the pictures, and was beautifully decorated, and SO CLEAN! The patio is very large, and wonderful for sitting out at night or in the mornings. Love the location, and Will communicated quickly with us on everything. We really hope to stay there again in the future, for a longer visit!

Nice, quiet, clean place. Bed was very comfortable. Beach/lounge chairs across the street to use were convenient. If you want to try out other beaches you will have to get beach chairs before you get on the island-all chairs purchased on the island are at least $70 and Walmart does not have any. There is a beach umbrella in the condo to use and came in handy. This was very nice stay and I would stay here again

Condo was spacious and comfortable..location perfect for our needs.

We reserved our stay for a month. Communication with owners was in a timely manner. It was a lovely 2nd floor condo with an amazing view of the water. We were able to watch the sunset from our screened in porch. This was originally a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It has been subdivided with the second bed and bath being converted to an efficiency. There were times this caused an issue with excessive noise from renters and cleaners. It didn’t feel as ‘private’ as we would hv preferred. On the other hand, you can rent the whole thing and hv 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Convenience of a lovely heated pool, private beach, fishing off a private dock, and chairs provided at the beach.

This condo was great for my boyfriend and I visiting his children. We loved the location and definitely will be back

Positive comments - Condo was comfortably large, large dining room table with 6 comfy chairs, fully equipped kitchen, except would like larger coffee mugs and wine glasses, which we bought at the Dollar Store and left them there for other guests, bathroom had two sinks and very large shower, walk-in closet and the lanai was large, screened and covered roof. Negative comments - Didn’t like the foam on top of mattress, because it felt like we were sinking inside the foam and was difficult to turn on your side. Also, the couch was difficult to get up and out of, because of how low and soft it was. Recommendations - It would help to have instructions on how to use the TV and the thermostat. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the location on Bradenton Beach was perfect.

We enjoyed the pool and the gulf and the many restaurants

All was good as always. Can use a new mattress, sank in the middle. This was our 5th time in anna maria 3rd time at the condo.This is our go to when there. Excellent location to the beach and Bradenton/Sarasota, better variety of restaurants east of the bridge. Easy to travel on cortez, we dont use the north bridge as usually heavy traffic there. Thank you Mr. Carter we will be back soon.

First impressions was amazing! Loved the lay out and the screen in porch. The beach was about two football Feilds walk across the road. The pool areas were clean and not over crowded. We found a wonderful Mexican restaurant called the wicked Catina that’s probably 1/4 mile down the road. Play music out side on Friday night. This room won’t disappoint!

Never disappoints, beautiful and my heaven. Three pools, less than a 660feet from the beach. I would love to live there .

Excellent facility, very clean and spacious. Very comfortable with nice appliances and furniture. I was on vacation but feeling like at home. Great in all aspects.

Clean, well furnished, comfortable condo. Needed a nightly stay option for a few days and this checked all the buttons.

This unit was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and I loved that it was just steps to the beach. Would stay again!

It was great place and location. The only issue was the ice maker in the room didn’t work so we had to get ice at the pool. Only issue we had.

We had an AMAZING week at this condo for our honeymoon!! The beach is right across the street and so much to do in the area! We went on a dolphin cruise and saw so many dolphins and a few manatees! This condo is a must see!!

A very spacious 1 bed apartment,with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Well placed for the beach and with 2 pools. Very clean and comfortable.
