We had a great stay… the location is close to the freeway and perfect for getting around town. We were here for sports and there is a park just down the hill from the condo where we were able to meet our team, and the hot tub was great at night. The hosts were awesome to work with and got back to us quickly. Would totally come back!

This is our second time staying at the condo. There is absolutely nothing wrong in any way shape or form about this condo. You walk in and you just feel like you’re home. They have all the things you need to cook your own meals and it smells so nice. This is our go to place when we go to Mesquite, and the owners are absolutely amazing.

We enjoyed staying in the property at hawk ridge. The unit was very comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive when we needed info about the unit. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Great condo in a great location.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bruce and Paula's rental condo. The communication channels were excellent as all of our questions were answered in detail. You would not be disappointed if you were to choose this well appointed rental option in Mesquite, Nevada.

From the moment I stepped in the door all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I reached out to the owner who was very responsive at first. I felt badly for the owner because I assumed they didn't know that someone had smoked in their unit. I wanted to make sure that he knew it wasn't us and that it smelled when we arrived. However, the owner's response became more defensive as time went on. He sent his housekeeper over with scented air freshener. I told her I didn't want it because more smells on top of smoke is just gross and doesn't help the fact that everything smells like smoke. This unit needs professional remediation and some high powered HEPA filters, not scented air fresheners. Both the housekeeper and the owner denied that the unit was smoked in because, according to them it had been vacant for 8 days. It doesn't matter how many days a unit is vacant if it is closed up with no window open after being smoked in. I didn't like the response and that the owner was saying that I wasn't being honest. When I got home everything I had with me reeked of smoke. My clothes, my suitcase, my backpack, even my tennis shoes still stink.

I cannot say enough about this condo. I had no idea it was the end unit! BONUS!! It was so quite and it looked over the beautiful park that we took our dog to, tooooo many times! Everything was perfect inside, it was so cozy and it felt like home! We didn't want to leave. Went to the pool on Sunday and was all by my lonesome, it was perfect. Thank you so much, we will defs be back this fall!!!

Very comfortable upgraded condo in a safe complex. Centrally located but quiet and relaxing. Everything you need is right there. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a clean, restful unit. We were pleasantly surprised to find a park adjacent to the property. The sheets and towels were luxurious and the king sized bed was very comfortable.

Good location - close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. The unit was comfortable. Very nice golf courses nearby. Excellent dinner at Cucina Italiania.

The owners were fantastic to work with. There was a small cleaning issue that was quickly resolved. Other than the parking spots being on the small side, the property and communication were very nice.
