This house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy a break from the cold winter up north. The house is beautifully appointed, and the amenities are amazing. The landscape is gorgeous and made for a beautiful setting to relax by the pool and in the hot tub. Ruth has thought of every little detail and is very quick to respond to any questions And offer help when needed. We hope to stay again and would highly recommend!

The Sunshine Daydream house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. We have stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew the area well. Ruth (the owner) was great with communication before our arrival and with checkout instructions. We didn't have any problems with the house while we were there so we didn't need to contact her but I am confident she would been quick to respond as evidence with her quick communication prior to our arrival. Clean house with everything you need. Would highly recommend this house!

From the moment we walked in it was a very easy process. The home is kept up immaculate, and everything on the listing was completely correct. The home was set up perfect for the beach , cooking and entertaining The pool and spa were perfect temperature and very easy to use with everything that was provided to us with instructions. We loved the patio outside with the TV. This is by far one of the best rental homes that we have rented. And we can’t wait to come back.

The property was as advertised and then some. Very clean, easy to follow instructions for every functional piece of equipment from light switches to pool heater. Well thought out and ample amenities for guests. Stylish decor and updated everything. I visited friends who were also renting in Naples over the holiday and all I could do was exhale when I left! Definately deserving of a 5 star rating...

This beautifully decorated home is in the perfect location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. We walked to the beach for sunrise and sunsets but spent our days by the amazing pool. The Spa is great even though we only used it once. The weather was so beautifully warm, even in the evening but we imagine it would feel fantastic in cooler months. You could just use it at pool temp for the jets if you wanted. We spent most of our time outside in the lanai area which is the major reason we chose this property. Outdoor lounge seating, dining table, chaise lounges and the pool. No need to be inside other than to sleep. Backyard is surrounded by lush gardens and fencing offers wonderful privacy. The house is very tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need including all beach items with a cart to transport. Communication with Ruth was great. We didn't need anything other than some area advice and she was quick to assist. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I’ve been booking thru VRBO for the past few years, and I can honestly say this is at the top of my list. The owner Ruth, from the gate was top notch, after booking she requested a live phone call to get to know me, and my family. We talked for a good half hour or so getting to know each other. From there, she kept open communication with me about payments, questions, or anything else we may need. The day before heading down to Naples I received check in instructions, clear and very easy to follow. Check in was flawless. We stayed a total of 11 nights, best nights sleep I have ever gotten in a rental property. Beds are like sleeping on marsh mellows!! My families favorite thing about the house was obviously the pool area, but Ruth went above and beyond with the screened in pool area. Last year, we had a beautiful pool at our rental property in Georgia, but the mosquitos down south must love our northern blood, we got eaten alive in Georgia, but not this year!! We would swim all night long in Naples here, and not get a single bite. To boot, you also have the spa which was great too!! Anyways, you can come to this property with your clothes, and your groceries and not need a single other item. Ruth provides you with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. So please, take my advice and book a stay here, you will not regret it. Everything is within 2 miles of the property, the beach, Walmart, Publix grocery store, alcohol for the adults, endless places to eat dinner, and then go get ice cream. Come on people, it’s not rocket science, do it, you only live once!! Live like Kings and Queens at Ruth’s property here in Naples Florida!!

Ruth’s place was perfect for our family! Close to the beach, bikes, beach equipment and fabulous home made for the perfect beach stay. This has to be one of my favorite places! The decor was lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked and the home was super clean. The pool was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again! Communication was easy and Ruth was quick to respond to my questions. A 5 star accommodation!

Our recent stay was just perfect! The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Kitchen was gorgeous! Everything we could possibly need to stay in, cook/grill, hit the beach, and be entertained was there and available for our use. It was just like home. Pool was beautiful and sunny all day long. Communication with the owners was easy & efficient. We would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The house is beautiful! It looks even better than the pictures show. We had plenty of space (family of 5). The house is very immaculate inside and out. The appliances are very clean and top of the line. The kitchen was very well stocked which was nice. The bathrooms were beautiful and super clean. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. The house has everything that you need for vacation: beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, even a cooler to take on the beach. There are 4 bikes plus a bike trailer for the kids. It’s only 7 min. To the beach by bike. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The owners were very easy to reach and very responsive to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again for sure.

We (4 adults, 2 kids) were very, very happy with our stay here and felt the house was easily spacious enough for the 6 of us. The owners, I would say, have thought of everything to make your stay here as "home away from home" as possible. The house is immaculate inside & out and the amenities you will need to use during your stay are top-notch. The included state park pass and proximity to Delnor-Wiggins State Park makes it easy to be the only beach you need to visit (Tip: You can find great shells at low tide at Beach #5. Just go around the bend a bit where the Gulf meets the Cocohatchee). Our kids love the beach but they also had a fantastic time just using the pool. We had great communication with the owner as she was just a text or a call away and very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

I stayed at Ruth's property for a week at the end of May, and everything was wonderful. The property looks exactly like the pictures, is very clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While most of the time was spent on the patio, the interior of the home (particularly the bed) was very comfortable. Ruth responded immediately and quickly resolved one issue, and everything went very smoothly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach. I'm already planning for a return visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Sunshine Daydream. The property was tastefully appointed and very clean. We instantly felt comfortable and at home in the house. Everything in the rental was well thought out and we had absolutely everything we needed for a great week. Location was ideal for our young family just a few blocks to the beach, and we made great use of the bikes and bike trailer. Highlights were afternoons by the pool and watching sunsets on the beach. Would love to return to this property!

We rented for the month of February 2022 and planned this rental over a year ago . We have rented many homes with VRBO and few over delivered like our to the experience with this rental. Ruth, the owner is the meaning of responsive to any of our needs. The home is professionally decorated and was exactly as shown in the photos. Every detail in most cases over delivered our expectation. Not only did a possess everything to ever wanted everything but was so Pinterest perfect and organized. The king size bed in the master bedroom was a memory foam split king with adjustable base. That lanai is shaded all day long and we were able to actually use it as an office. The pool seemed to see in the sunshine all throughout the day. We went to BBQ , not only did she have a current gas tank , but had a back up tank as well.. Everything was immaculate including the garage which housed 4 incredibly beautiful bikes and all the beach chairs and accessories you could want. Ruth offered a year-long pass to Delnore Wiggins state park. You could drive up there (five minutes from the house ) at 5:25 pm ,get a parking spot close to the ramp and be on the beach within three minutes , watch the sunset and be home five minutes later. A way to tell if a VRBO has a really great owner , is a quality of the knives. The knives were excellent. This kitchen was incredibly well stocked & everything seemed to be perfectly new of top quality . We worked most of the week and our weekends hosted friends and family. It was a perfect indoor outdoor living space with the sliders fulling opening up completely to a screened in lanai. The pool was a perfect warm temperature and the Jacuzzi worked like a dream. Our only Regret , we did not reserve it for February 2023 enough time. It is booked before we arrived at February 1 of 2022 for 2023. Now we understand why.😉

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very comfortable house. We were 5 adults but 6 would have been fine. Easy walk or bike to beach. Excellent shopping and restaurants close by and only about 20 minutes to Old Naples. 30 minutes to RSW Airport. Enjoyed the Lanai and pool every afternoon. Ate outside every night that we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. Would love to go back to this place. Owner was very nice and stayed in touch frequently to ensure everything was good.

If you are looking for the perfect family vacation home or a warm, sunny place to work/study remotely, look no further. This lovely, completely renovated home in Naples Park was absolutely perfect for our family of five. Great location; we would take a quick bike ride (or walk) over to Vanderbilt Beach. Other bikeable/walkable nearby favorites for our family included: sunsets at the Gumbo Limbo bar at the Ritz Carlton, Beach Box, Buzz's Lighthouse restaurant, and the Turtle Club. A Publix supermarket and CVS are also a short bike ride away.Ruth has outfitted the home with absolutely everything needed for a perfect beach getaway - bikes, beach chairs & towels, coolers, and a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and utensils. In addition, my husband and I worked remotely for a few hours each day and made use of the desk and printer that Ruth provided.The house lives much larger than the photos would suggest - owing to the ability to fully open the sliding doors between the living room and lanai/pool deck. We spent many mornings on the lovely lanai with coffee in hand (evenings with a cocktail, of course!)I could go on and on, but will summarize my review with this: we have rented many homes over the years, but I have never seen a house as clean and perfectly appointed as this one. We have already booked again for next year and would HIGHLY recommend this lovely home.
