We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marco Island.
We had six adults and four kids, all with different nap and bedtimes. No one was woken up at any point due to noise. The kitchen was big enough to cook in, and there was plenty of seating for everyone.
The outdoor area was very clean, There was plenty of wagons and beach chairs. And the extra refrigerator in the garage was extremely helpful.

My family had the week of Memorial Day paid in full. Two weeks before the trip my father in law was diagnosed with cancer who was going on this trip. My husband also had to have emergency by pass surgery. We did not expect our money back but wanted owners to give us another week during they're low season a week of they’re choice and we would pay for any out of pocket expense like cleaning and electric. Just so we could have our family vacation but I was told it’s all about the revenue. They acted like maybe they could work something out but blew us off. So I beg you, give your hard earned money to another property owner. There are so many on Marco island to choose from. Plus so many owners that really do care about people and understand things happen and truly want to share their property with you and not just take your money. Been using VRBO for years and I have never had to give a bad review. But these owners totally took over $5000 we had paid in full for a week and ran with it. My husband is doing great and my father in law has a long journey with treatments. We thank God and still feel very blessed. The West Family

This property had it all. The pool was beautiful, and the house itself was only a 12 minute walk from the only public access beach on Marco Island. The hosts were responsive, there was plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the house was very clean. We will be booking again!

This house was beautiful and exactly what we imagined. The online listing was accurate. The house was big and clean. The pool was wonderful and warm. The kids loved fishing off the dock in the canal. It was a short walk to the beach which we did daily. The availability of the beach wagons, extra coolers and toys was great. The grill was also wonderful for preparing meals. Communication from the host was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We would definitely stay here again and loved every minute of it. Thank you for the great stay!

We had a great vacation in this house on Marco island. The pool and spa were excellent. It had 2 kings size beds for couples. Plenty of room and excellent kitchen facilities. I would highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our spacious well equipped home on Marco Island. It’s 500 steps from the public beach, close to shopping for groceries and gifts, restaurants and Publix. The pickleball courts are close and available as well as the Marco Island Historical Museum that is surprisingly excellent. The living space is great with four private spaces (bedrooms with bath, adjacent to a beautiful great room with kitchen. The great room flows into the pool/hottub area making entertaining enjoyable and easy. This home is perfect for a small active group or family.

The house is stunning and conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach. If you're not in the mood for the beach, no worries! You can relax in the pool or hot tub. The house is equipped with plenty of amenities to ensure that everyone has a comfortable stay. Looking for a great restaurant? Several phenomenal restaurants are only minutes away!! Also, the owners are quick to respond to messages. We are looking forward to booking again this summer!!

The newly painted home was perfect for our family. Great pool and hot tub and canal access. Easy to walk our dog. Great restaurants nearby. Great beach and so many sea shells ❤️. We loved it!

Marco Island was beautiful! The house was not far from the beach and had a beautiful pool/hot tub!
However, we have had better experiences with prior hosts.The host was a very poor communicator. Let me start by saying prior to my stay I had questions about the stay and an early arrival. The host was delayed by weeks before responding. Finally, a couple days before the stay she responded that we could arrive early and arrival instructions would be sent the morning of. She also informed us that the dryer was broken and a part would come in by Wednesday. We arrived on a Sunday at around 2 pm. No instructions were sent and we waited in the driveway. I sent a message via the App with no response so I called the host. She said she was in Disney about to get on the monorail and already sent the instructions. Basically she acted as if I was bothering her. She did give me the garage door code and we were able to get in. Later on the App she said she thought she sent the instructions. Overall, I would would recommend new cleaning staff for future customers. The cabinets were dirty and carpets were old. We actually swept the floor and ran the sweeper in every room and took trash out from the previous renter. Then at the end of our stay we were told we left some trash and this would come out of our deposit. Some of which belonged to the previous guest! I sent my rebuttals to this and questioned what would be taken from our deposit. We still haven’t heard back?

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. There is so much space for a large group. The house has everything you need. Close proximity for walks to the beach and everything you need. It’s a beautiful home and the best part is the owners are the friendliest and easiest to work with. They were awesome and very accommodating with our travel schedules. We will definitely be back. Had a great stay with the family. It’s an amazing house. Very clean. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was perfect. Walking distance to the beach with strollers and chairs. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back again. Probably this January

The house and accommodations were wonderful! There were 10 of us total and plenty of room. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 8) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy for all. There were also some good restaurants that were walkable too. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 7 days. It was our first time on Marco Island. This was an amazing time away from the cold and snow of MN. We explored, walked, swam and ate so much food. Kitchen was well equipped, had a few spices and nothing in the fridge for condiments. Owners responded to any questions we had in a resonable time frame. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples and room enough for one more. We wish we could have stayed longer. The patio area was mostly protected from sun so you could enjoy time outside and not get burnt - that happened easily at the beach :). Fish markets had great fresh fish. Kirk Fish Co on Goodland had the best ever crab cakes. Every meal we ate out was so yummy. We would highly recommend staying at this home. We will again if Marco calls our name again soon.

Terrific communication with homeowners. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, and more. Four full baths is perfect for larger groups. Comfortable beds. Washer & dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Fishing in the backyard. Bikes/ beach gear in the garage. I could go on and on…

Great very well equipped house, nice pool to relax in during the hot afternoon and close to the beach. Everything you need for the beach, chairs, toys for the children and carts to wheel everything there.. A pleasant 9 minute to the beach. Highly recommended.

Four couples total stayed at this home and it’s better in person. The location was perfect…a quick walk to the beach and ice cream, and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The two fridges (one in the garage) and loads of beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach carts were a nice touch. The owners were responsive and helpful. Great stay overall!
Be sure to check out Paddle Marco, Tigertail Beach, and the JW Marriott at sunset for the fire dancer.

Comfortable, accommodating, and great location!
Our family had a great week staying at Abbeville. The Kastings and their home were accommodating to our large family. The house was very clean, well stocked with beach/pool supplies, and was in an excellent location for beach and restaurant access. We hope this property is available for future vacations! Highly recommend: pinchers and snook inn!

Cute and comfortable house
My family was down on Maro for a wedding. We opted to rent a home, which was walking distance to the wedding venue (The Hilton). The house had everything we needed and we were in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great place!

Well stocked rental close to beach
This was a perfect rental for my family. It was the best stocked rental I have ever had. The house had pack and plays, a high chair, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys and plates, paper towels and utensils left from the last renters. It was about an 8 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The only negative it that the back patio is in need of a good power wash. We had a great trip and would rent this home again!

Attentive host and great location
We rented this home for 2 weeks and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms are perfect sized and having a bathroom for every room was a huge plus. The owners were very responsive to our questions which was truly appreciated!! We had 2 little ones with us so having use of beach carts was such a big help in bringing everything down the the beach which was a 10 minute walk. After a day at the beach coming home to a pool and a grill was an awesome way to end the day. We did venture out for 2 meals which was also a short walk away. I would recommend booking this home. You will not be disappointed!!

20 night escape from the Midwest
This is a great house for all ages. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool and spa were wonderful. Loved the layout of the house. Over the course of our stay we had multiple guests & everyone liked it! (The most overnight guests we had at one time was 7 & the most we entertained at once was 10 …. Huge area available when the doors to the lanai are opened…. So we never felt crowded)
The washer and dryer were amazing, as was having an additional refrigerator in the garage.
This was an in season stay so the cleaning service has little time between guests and the owners aren’t local, so if you are extra picky like me - use the cleaning supplies that are available or buy some at the nearby Publix….
Owners were very responsive.
Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning
The home was simply beautiful, tastefully decorated. House had that clean feel when you entered. Owners responded quickly to all of our questions. We left a piece of carry-on and they overnighted it to us within the hour of us calling. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great property
Stayed with 3 adult couples. Place was fully stocked with everything you needed and then some. Great having 4 bathrooms with the 4 bedrooms. Only downside was the ice maker didn't work but they had plenty of ice made for us in advance. Very nice pool and hot tub which we used nightly. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay there again!

Fantastic Property
We rent on Marco Island often. This is definitely one of the best rentals we’ve had. Great communication with owners, home was well appointed, very comfortable for a family of 7. Location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Pool was so warm which has, in our experience, been hit or miss with rental homes. Look forward to renting here again.

Good spot, great weather
We were very happy with the house, especially the 4 baths and six TVs. Our granddaughters loved the pool, convenient to everything we needed, 10 min. walk to beach & sunsets. (Bike tires could use inflating.)

Nice house very pleased
The house was as described from the minute we entered the house everything was great. We enjoyed exploring Marco Island and the beach was a super easy walk as well as shops and restaurants were a easy walk. Enjoyed just having a cocktail by the pool everyday. Great location! Quiet neighborhood! Walk to beach!
Kelsey's property fit all of our needs. Very comfortable and spacious for 8 adults. Each couple took advantage of separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The pool and spa was clean and relaxing. The poolside basketball hoop was a huge hit and offered tons of fun. We enjoyed the convenience of the close proximity to dining options, shopping, & the beach. Would definitely recommend this Marco Island property! My friends and I will most certainly be returning!!
