Amazing for four generations, oldest was 92 years old, youngest was 3. Second time staying and planning our next trip there

Our family of 7 enjoyed the pool even if it rained (and it did) because it was an indoor pool !

My husband and I took our 3 boys, niece, and nephew (ages 8-14) for an early summer vacation. This was actually our 2nd trip to this home (first in March 2021), and it is really great to see all of the improvements the owners continue to put into the home (new furniture, another TV, 2 split ACs on main level and window unit in upstairs bedroom, outdoor furniture/fire pit). The indoor pool is always a hit - kids were able to swim despite a couple of days of rain. Plenty of pool towels and some pool toys. Plenty of space in the home for large groups. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Location was in a quiet, peaceful area with an easy drive into town. We would be more than happy to stay in this home again. Thanks so much!

I’m not one to leave reviews so please continue. Look NO further for a Stowe home away from home! My family and I (my wife & our 3 children 7 & under) had the pleasure of sharing in Danielle and Fred’s home and it was thoroughly enjoyed! The home is on a beautiful property offering sunsets, rustling tree leaves, a stream, mountain vistas, and woods to hike. It’s within minutes of all that Stowe has to offer. You can be in town quickly and the areas attractions are all also within a short drive. It’s beautiful with an attention to detail and a design to create options for enjoyment from dinner parties, barbecues, drinks around the fire pit, as well as enjoying the perfectly heated indoor pool, and dry sauna. It has walls of windows to merge nature with the home, an interior layout promoting group interaction while affording separation and privacy. Our children were excited about the pool and upon first seeing it they exclaimed, “This is the best day ever!” The sleeping areas solve almost any circumstance. Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms or easy access. Each area offers its own level of privacy. The beds were comfortable and sit in well-appointed rooms. Kitchen, laundry, dining, and family rooms are great. Danielle and Fred - attentive, friendly, accommodating, responsive, and made us feel like family. We arrived to a warm welcome note and a thoughtful gift. We also found another kind gesture that excited our kids. I’m running out of characters/space so…Book with confidence!

We absolutely love this place. We are currently booking our 4th year staying here between Christmas and New Years and couldn’t be happier. It’s clean, has all the amenities we could hope for, is beautifully decorated and plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you could want, especially when it comes to coffee. They recently renovated the flooring going up and in the upstairs area and it’s beautiful. Anything that has come up, which has been very little, is addressed by the owner’s promptly and with a friendly demeanor every time. If we could make one recommendation, it would be to add an internet extender for the home. We now just bring our own, but the house is very long and is set in the woods on the mountain, so we’ve found at certain times of day the internet is spotty. Not a huge deal as we are there to spend time with the family, but never hurts. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing drive in. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved the scenic setting. Spitting logs was a blast. Loved our stay.

This is a wonderful property. Obviously the indoor pool and guest rooms will luxurious, but I think the owners also undersold the views of the sunsets, the fire pit in the backyard, and the little stream running in the woods behind the house. We enjoyed every inch of this property rain and shine. It did rain almost every day during our stay so having the pool indoors was a must. Danielle and her husband were wonderful hosts and took care of all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!
