We are conveniently located between Orlando and Daytona making for easy access to the beaches and local attractions! Due to the size, the trailer is DELIVERY ONLY. We will deliver and set up the trailer which makes it more convenient for you. Once your vacation is complete, we will clean/pack everything up and take the trailer home leaving you with a stress-free departure! All you need to remember are your personal belongings. The master room features a queen size bed with his and hers closets as well as sliding pocket doors for your privacy. The living area features a 39” LED TV that can be easily rotated to face the master bedroom or living area. (TV on one side and large mirror on the other) The sofa folds into a full-size bed, large dinette with floating table that collapses into a full-size bed. The rear bunkhouse sleeps up to 4 and features cabinet space. The large cushions under the bunk fold out and create a large bed equivalent to a king! This RV is also equipped with TWO A/C’s, one that is centrally located and ducted throughout and the second is located up front over the master bed. The inside kitchen features a large sink, microwave, 4 burner stove top/oven, refrigerator and a large pantry for food storage. The bathroom features a pedal flush toilet, shower/tub combo with skylight allowing for extra head room for my tall people out there, a sink with storage underneath and a medicine cabinet for more storage. The large outdoor kitchen has a sink, refrigerator and 2 burner cooktop stove. Next to the outdoor kitchen, there is a large electric awning with LED lighting and speakers for entertainment while cooking or relaxing outdoors! RV is 50 amp service. I do have a 50a to 30a adapter if needed. This unit does not have a generator! NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of security deposit If the RV is turned back over to us and is extremely dirty, an “excessive cleaning fee” of $150 will be added so please treat it as your own.
