I was off the water in a beautiful spot and the owner was very kind and attentive ,her name was Beckie I would definitely recommend this gem.

Location is very nice and the people are really good. Great view of the sea from the room.

Room is not clean enough, only one bathroom for 3 bedroom sea view apt. which is not good.

The area around the cabin was great for biking - some hills but not too terrible. It was a great loop into town and back. Although the lake was across the street, there was no beach area, only boat tie ups.

Rooms were very hot. The one room with the twin beds was unbearably hot. My daughter actually got up to put on ice pack on herself. No ceiling fans other than the center room. Had fans in rooms but were not sufficient. Could not use dressers as they were very musty smelling. Same with the kitchen cupboards. The living room only had one coach so a family of four had little relaxing space (it rained while we were there and we did some reading). We had to check out a day early due to a medical issue that my husband was able to get a doctor appointment for over the weekend. The owner indicated we would not get refunded the one day because we already paid. No consideration of the reason we were leaving. If you don't mind tent camping, this is a step up. If you are looking for the comforts of home, this isn't it.

The location was close to attractions.

Beds were rock hard. Bathroom was yuck. Everything was extremely dated. No air conditioning and one of the windows had the handle broken and couldn't be opened. Wifi didn't work great. The beach front they advertise is misleading.. there is maybe five feet of a little sand and the rest is a concrete dock. They advertise a kitchen but it's a mini fridge and a microwave.

The view was great! Becky, the hostess, is wonderful and very helpful.

The mattresses could be better in the rooms. I had a very comfy mattress (I think it was new) but the bed itself was slanted because of the uneven floor. They need more coasters under the two legs to lift it and make it even. It was hard to sleep when I kept sliding to the edge. Everyone else complained of hurting and being stiff in the mornings. Becky brought us a memory foam topper for one of the beds after our first night. She is wonderful!!!Despite the beds, we would stay again because it really is a nice place.

Location was great. Cozy. Full kitchen for a long term stay. We just stopped one night on a difficult to book Memorial Day week-end.

The front windows towards beach were actually a different part of structure.

Tv included. Bigger shower. Too expensive.
