Everything, hotel on the smaller side but they have everything, good location , adequate pool, simple gym, great hospitality, clean and nice rooms and amenities, comfy king koil beds n fluffy big sized pillows I loved the smell of the jasmine green tea scent (my guess😁) at the isles from elevator to the rooms,

-They charge u for ice bucket brought to the room -Breakfast menu selections a bit boring for the 4 days I stayed there -One time I was using the gym there was no sports towel, I asked 3-4 times to different staffs n untill I funished like 1 hour later still no one came with the towels -The aircon in our rooms were very loud, even on the smallest wind setting -Sealent at the floor for the glass shower were blackish with mould, also the grout between the bathroom floor n wall near the floor drain was mouldy n blackish, it should had been easy to clean that

The room is good, breakfast is exceptional

The location is not really near anything special. Unless you have some business in the areas, not much to see around the hotel

- Pillows are huge (too huge) - first night in room on 7th floor was right beneath swimming pool, there was a constant zooming noise of the installation and we woke up at 6.15 due to people entering the pool. I recommend asking for a room on another floor (the 6th was perfect for us).

I have found dirty bed sheets three times, on their Booking’s page there they say they have a Gym, but there is not, and the pool closes too soon. Breakfast wasn’t particularly good.

good value, was the only lodging that i could find that didn't stretch my budget. rooms are good and i found them to be more spacious than i expected. staff was nice and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.

nothing particular, just don't expect a hotel that would blow your mind. this meets expectations satisfyingly

The rooms are clean and a decent size for what we paid.

We were told the hotel had just opened. It that were so, we found it incomprehensible that there were mould already along the bathroom grouting. We were only provided with bath towels, no hand towel or face towel, which is the standard. We had to make a request for the extra smaller towels. They advertised a gym as part of their facilities. But it was not in operation yet because according to reception again, ‘Hotel just opened’. The swimming pool is lovely, but the area around it is tiny. There were only 3 sun lounges and they were put very closed to each other. On the side of the pool where there was barely enough room to walk pass as it is, they have permanently lined up a row of tables for their buffet which they have once a week. And the pool closes at 6pm, because the ‘hotel is new (excuse for everything) and they don’t have the lifeguard for the evening’. Not that we saw anyone watching the pool during the day, unless the bartender doubles up as a lifeguard. Coffee machine at breakfast buffet needs to be fixed to dispense the cappuccino which it’s made to dispense.

The staff at front desk were not really nice n not informative enough. Check in and check out experience not really nice. But other staff were nice.

Very clean, quiet, nice staff and location. Everything you need for a short stay in Yogya. Just across the street is my favorite area in the city with restaurants and shops.
