nice host, positive attitide

just suggestion, please provide more knifes - the sharp ones, because when guests are cooking dinner, one sharp knives is not enough to prepare meat and vegetables :) + 2-3 knifes and kitchen is fully ready :)

We loved the views over the river, the huge house, the pool, the sports and leisure activities, the welcoming hosts...

Nothing much to say! Maybe only if it were for me I´d add a comfy sofa to the living room! :)

The place was very spacious and clean, the outside area was also very well maintained and we had a great time with friends. Kid and pet friendly. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions, the property rules were clear and well communicated

The listing was slightly confusing and did not offer a plan of the area. Since the majority of the pictures were showing the house I did not immediately realize there are other houses and guests staying at the property at the same time. It would be nice if this was more obvious as we were originally looking for a quiet country home. Regardless we had a great time since there were only one house occupied aside from ours so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Interior is slightly dated but impeccably clean.

Location was great, close to river Venta. Very beautiful. Jacuzzi and hammam sauna was an awesome experience. Totally worth to pay for it additionally - both are located in one house so you don't have to run around from one place to another (casual sauna is located in different house). Pool was great too with an awesome chance to take cool photos for Instagram. :) Overall it was great stay but with couple disappointing things.

Interior and facilities are a bit outdated. BBQ equipment was poor too. Communication with host via Booking and Whatsapp was great, but on site was disappointing and we did not feel very welcome. Friend got stuck in a toilet (door locked and he couldn't get out), we asked staff for help, but instead got a suggestion that we should take a knife and pick the lock ourselves. I got a feeling that this is not the first time. Second floor rooms are really missing curtains and chairs downstairs desperately need new pillows - the filling kept falling out all the time. Table football was missing a ball and snooker/pool had only one non-broken cue stick. There are multiple houses in the territory therefore guests have to keep in mind that there might be parties - during our stay there was a loud sauna party.
