… not been able to used the hotel transportation… always busy couldn’t wait.

The room appeared unclean. Had to change rooms since the first one had mold in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable, and the sheets were old

Beds were a little uncomfortable, it was hard to have a great night sleep

Easy to find and allowed my service dog but had to pay $15 extra.

It was like an overpriced Motel 6. Poor lighting, no full set of towels, no tissues, a ripped pillow case, pathetic bathroom amenities and a plastic cover under the sheet in an uncomfortable bed.

Secure parking near the room. There was a small grassy area for walking our dog.

The towels were rough and stained. There was only one bar of soap for the sink and the shower. The WIFI was very bad. There was a great deal of noise in the courtyard into the early morning hours due to people partying.

it was the most horrible nightmare, people drunk, so loud, dirty this isn’t a hotel it was the cheapest motel for other poor leave. the staff had a really bad attitude and customer service unprofessional.

The Beds were comfy. Check-in was fast and easy. Customer service desk was very friendly.

The room had a weird smell, and the bathroom doors and walls were kind of dirty.

we have stayed 7 or 8 times - it’s convenient f a stopover when traveling thru. Basic , clean & comfortable.

Well, the rooms are NOT soundproof - all masonry and so they transmit every sound from adjacent rooms. They rented a room directly above us - & people? came in at 2:30AM. someone on high heel shoes walked and walked and walked for almost 3 hours - moving furniture, dropping objects on the floor opening & closing doors - we got no rest. yes - we could’ve complained, but what would the hotel say? “Get in your bed and don’t move anymore” I have travelled for 45 years - never had people agitate like that. Just a bad night in a decent hotel.

we checked in at about seven. the room was nice and there was no-one else in the hotel. about 10 in the night four cars pulled in and they put them in rooms right next to ours. they partied until five in the morning. loud music, loud talking. needless to say did not get any rest at all and had to get on the road totally fatigued the next day. the staff said there was nothing they could do about it and the security guards' reaction was "there was no party or noise at all". they should have taken some responsibility for the situation. every thing else is immaterial if you can't get sleep or relaxation!

Nothing to complain about but the Bed Mattresses are Very Firm..

The room was freshly painted, new shower and very clean. 95 % well maintained.

Although pet friendly there was no dog run. I found an area out behind the building that looked like an old garden, would make a nice place if cleaned of debris and “dog hurting thorns and small pieces of glass”
