excellent breakfast

This gem of a place was excellent 👌 Noreen the host was extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic if coming back we'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Our hostess, Noreen, was most attentive. The location allowed easy access to the centre of List and the John B Keane pub. Altogether a lovely place to stay.

The Racecourse was ideally located within walking distance to downtown, a grocery store & laundry service. The room was clean and comfortable. The lounge area was a nice space to play games and relax. Noreen was very attentive and prompt to respond. Check-in was smooth, once I took my phone off airplane mode. Noreen greeted us and showed us our room. The traditional breakfast provided was delicious.

Delicious breakfast ..great location ..close to everything ..great restaurants..live music in the bars ..close to beautiful beaches, golf courses ..Listowel has it all ..looking forward to staying here again

The location was easy to find and parking was available right in front. The room was spacious and clean. Noreen's breakfast was great and the atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. Everything was great, thank you Noreen for being a wonderful host!

The town is fairly small and there are no good food places open into the evening so we had to find dinner in Tralee. It's not really a problem just need a little planning.

Fabulous property finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The host Noreen lovely lady, delicious breakfast and central location.

Lovely B&B close to the centre of Listowel. Great location to start off a trip around Kerry. Our host, Noreen was very friendly and the breakfast was also great.

The staff was very friendly and warming. The house was beautiful and exceptional clean. We slept well as the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast met our satisfaction.

Spent the last 3 nights at Racecourse View with my family. Noreen is such a wonderful host and lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're wanting somewhere to stay in Listowel - I highly recommend Racecourse View!

Exactly accommodation within walking distance from all amenities.Spotlessly clean,rooms cleaned daily fresh linen and towels.Variety of breakfast and was delicious.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike..

I was surprised by the clean. Super clean, fresh towels and bed sheets. I am very thankful for that.

Would like to be able to stay another night

Modern, clean room with excellent en-suite. Breakfast was wonderful and Noreen, the owner, is a star. A fabulous place to rest after a day of travelling.

What a gem 💎 of a place and Noreen is such a wonderful and welcoming host, room was very comfy and squeaky clean. Bathroom standard like a 5 star hotel . Absolutely loved it ❤️

I stayed here as a base for touring other parts of the area, and it was perfect. Listowel itself is a pretty little town with attractions of it's own but with Killarney, Trailee, Dingle & the Ring of Kerry easy to get to. The hostess was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice and Noreen was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again!
