Great house and nice and quiet at night. Good location close to everything. Host was very accommodating with early check-in due to Booking.com listing the time incorrectly.

Windows could do with a clean but otherwise no issues.

the property was well equipped had everything we needed and it was close to the shops and a concert venue so we could walk home afterwards

when you rent a property it is sufficient to have a book with instructions for the house and check out times etc and how to use things. the contact with the owner should be minimal ie email/text no need for personal visits

Just what I needed as a base to travel around the South East and into Victoria. Very clean and tidy.

Well it rained a little....

The house was clean, inviting and excellent for our toddler to crawl around in. The shower was amazing, the host was super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent Location within a 5-10 minute walk to central Mt Gambier and shops, coffee and places to eat, also right next to an awesome walking and cycling trail and very close to the Blue Lake and other attractions. Thoroughly Recommend

Beautifully appointed, self contained, private property. close to local amenities. Really lovely and relaxing private space to enjoy. Host was so welcoming and accommodating as well.

The location is excellent. Short walk to supermarket and eating out venues. Great base for sightseeing options in the area.

Wendy is a great host. She made a point of meeting us and running us through the facilities in the house.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working when we arrived. It was fixed in a couple of days.

Wendy was fantastic, she thought of everything including meeting us to do a quick run through to help. she was very knowledgeable and gave some great ideas to other places to visit in the area. The location was very central and it was easy to find supermarkets, sights and other locations The accommodation was perfect for our needs and there were even added bonuses that helped to make our time there easier. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay there. Thanks Wendy for allowing us to sty at your lovely place

Wendy did let us know that there was no wifi at that stage and as we have teen children this is the only thing important to them. We did attempt to connect but it just wouldn't work. I'm sure when the next people are there this will be fixed and it didn't impact on our visit it made the kids actually play board games with us instead.

clean, tidy, well equipped, quiet, private

I felt a little unsafe climbing into and out of the shower. i feel it would benefit from the installation of a grab rail for support. we were unable to lock the bedroom window, also causing us to feel a little unsafe.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, good location.

warm cozy house with everything you need and big enough for us with our twins and all our stuff as well, and Wendy was so accomodating with supplying a port a cot and linen etc.

everything about the property was lovely, we have no complaints what so ever.

Excellent location, quiet but close to the CBD. Very cute and inviting house. Friendly host. Breakfast included.

Unheated toilet/laundry area was very cold, particularly overnight (when temperatures dropped to 1-2 degrees).
