Their were minor maintenance issues that I believe will be addressed

Location, we walked just about everywhere !! Unit was very clean, smelled good and fully stocked with essentials & extra goodies !! The fridge/ freezer was super cute !! Unlimited HOT water, plenty of towels, wonderful AC, all greatly appreciated !! Exceeded our expectations for what we paid. FREE parking right outside the door !! Felt very safe and secure staying here with our personal entry code !! Zipstay provided excellent customer service and Arielle was wonderful answering all of my questions !!

There wasn't a single thing we were unhappy with !!

The price was too high as we were getting similar rooms in the next door Property at nearly half the rates.

Love the refurbished decor! Very quiet! Comfy bed!

The outside isn’t that great looking but the inside makes up for it. We did have trouble with the keyless entry but once I called they were very helpful and solved the issue immediately!

Location was great and the property was clean.

We registered with three adults. There were only two wash cloths and 4-5 towels. I sent an email asking about cleaning services and replacement towels and wash clothes and never received an answer. Later in the afternoon of the second day I asked the cleaning crew for three sets of towels and wash cloths which were provided. My assumption was the cleaning crew would provide clean towels and cloths on the third day. They never happened and my email was never answered.

Loved the location, loved the decor, the size, the accommodations in the room, everything you might want was there. Beautifully redone with modern decor, quiet. Everything was perfect, we loved it and if ever need a South Shore accommodation for my husband and I again, close the Edgewood, we will definitely come back!

It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was super friendly and responsive.

Location and clean bathroom

The room with no window was dark and damp. The door was a french door and it wasn't comfortable without putting curtains. The curtain is smaller than the door size, so we put some backpacks against the curtain. The sink in the bathroom was so small and got us wet. I felt like getting into a cave. Locking a door outside didn't work well. I think it works inconsistently and we need to spend time whenever we went out.

It was nicely located, quiet, clean, comfortable and had the little extras you cant get from an over priced hotel stay.

This is not what I didn’t like, more like an improvement. Inside the rooms were re-done and the building was updated. I wish they would update the property on the outside.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable - a real highlight when you’re tired! We also loved the cosy fire which was definitely required due to unexpected snow in May! Overall the chalet is modern and cosy and also in an ideal location just a short walk away from Heavenly village.

The bathroom was always cold but to be expected for a chalet. The door locks were also a bit fiddly and we often had to put in our code twice to open the door.

On quiet side street, nicely updated including high end kitchen area and bathroom finishes, Incredibly good value for what we paid (mid-week). We will be back.

I didn't like the door locks, or the automatic bathroom light.

Great location. We'll laid out so even though it's not big, it doesn't feel cramped. Onsite staff are awesome. Place is well maintained and clean. Bed is big and super comfy.

You can hear your neighbours very easily - though everyone is in the same boat so do keep pretty quiet overall. Door locks are a little awkward.

The location is perfect for walking to the lake or seeing a show at the venue. Walking distance to town and decent restaraunts. Assigned parking is a bonus.

This property is an updated motel. Rooms are small but well appointed. There are some nicer rooms with funky set ups like the old motel office which is converted to a room. Dorm size fridge is ok, but the kitchen is just a sink and microwave for most of the rooms. It is on par with the rest of the area and maybe a little more updated but the value is questionable if you plan to spend time on the property. If you gamble, hike, swim, etc, might not be a big deal but if you are planning to spend time on site, it can be cramped and all you have is a parking lot to hang out. Location likely has some consideration in the cost. If you are there skiing, no place to put your gear. Fireplace not useful.

door lock system with a 9 digit code was a bit much, would be nice to program your own 4 digit code for your stay, but understandable. as a side note the next guests showed up at 9:00 AM well before our 11:00 check out, luckily we were already cleaned up and packed up for the most part.
