One of the most clean and well equiped houses that we stay in. Everything in right places and all you need. Clean and confortabile. And with the access at the Lake, the hot tub and saune, it was wonderful. We have in mind to come back.

We loved this house. The set up was perfect, the older adults hung out in the main room and the teenage boys were downstairs. We loved this was so close to Hunter mountain. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back !

House was very clean and well maintained. Cozy fire place + great amenities. Layout of house was perfect for a group of 6. Nataliya, the host, was very communicative and wonderful. Cannot wait to be back!

Nataliya's property is all that you need for an awesome stay with friends or family. The property was loaded with plenty of beds, plenty of space, and the sauna and hot tub are fantastic amenities. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to have a fun getaway with family or friends in upstate NY!

The house was very spacious & clean. The beds were super comfy. The location was fantastic being so close to town(MJ's Bagels are a must) and Hunter Mountain. We were in Hunter for our daughter's wedding(Jessie's Harvest House restaurant is amazing), so we weren't at the house much. If we were to go back in the winter, it would make an ideal house to ski and hang with family. Thank you for sharing!

We had a great time at this lake house in Hunter, NY. The property has been recently redone and has a lake house/ski house vibe, with a twist of modern European. It was simply decorated and clean. It was, in fact, exactly how I pictured it from the listing. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Part of our group could not make it, but there would have been plenty of room for them if they had. The kids/teens spent a lot of time boating in the peddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We did not try the sauna but it is brand new and has a great design. There are neighboring houses nearby and we did hear the neighbors playing/talking at times, but just from a distance. The house feels very private despite there being several other houses around the lake. We went on runs/walks around the immediate area and even hiked up Hunter Mountain to the lookout tower. Definitely make sure you have all of the groceries you will require during your stay before you come to Hunter. There is no grocery store in Hunter and the one in the neighboring town has minimal selection. There really is not much of a commercial area in the town at all. The kitchen was amply stocked with pots/pans, etc. Just make sure to bring any extraneous cooking items like butter, oil, spices, etc. The owner was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property!

This house is a much. I rented with my family and we had the best time. The house has everything you need and is so cozy. Enough beds and love the large kitchen table. We had so much fun on the lake and there are canoes on property for you to utilize. Natasha was so helpful and answered all my questions. Couldn't rave more about this house. 100% want to go back soon.

The house was wonderful and better than we expected. It was located close to all of the major hiking trails. The insides were very clean and tastefully appointed. After a long day of hiking, coming back to such a cozy and well kept place overlooking the lake and having dinner was a great end of our day.

Overall we loved this place. Clean ,close to Hunter , quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again
