Location is great, 25 minute drive from the airport with a large private beach. There is a bus available from right outside the hotel if you want to venture out to other parts of the island. We took a bus to Lindos for the day and the hotel will provide the bus timings. It cost approx 6 euros each one way - much cheaper than getting a tax and took an hour to get there. It took an hour and half on the way back as the bus seemed to stop at more stops. The hotel itself has fantastic facilities for both families and couples. We stayed 4 nights so only got use of one of the a la carte restaurants but if you stay longer I believe you get access to 4 if you're staying 7 nights. The main buffet restaurant has plenty of options for all but can be very same same if there was no access to the a la carte. The pools were cold but we travelled at the end of May but kids were still happy. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you are staying with family in multiple rooms, ensure you request rooms next to each other in advance especially if you have 2 different types of rooms booked i.e. Junior suite and double room as they are in separate buildings. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Waterpark is also great for kids.

The usual issue of sun beds being reserved by people really early so having none available. They do have notices around the pool area that sunbeds should not be reserved and they will go around and take towels off them if they haven't been claimed. But some mornings there was no availability at all which was a little painful. The pool water was cold but we travelled at the end of May.

Veldig fint hotell! Alt her er fantastisk, eneste som manglet var bedre mat. Det var helt OK, ikke noe mer, ikke noe mindre. Skulle også ønske de lagde noe mer ordentlige drinker, ikke bare slang sammen det enkleste og raskeste.

Ingen ting å ta på utenom at vi hadde høyere forventninger til både maten og drikken.

Everything is perfect. Beach, pool, kids care, parking, restaurant with a great view. The hotel is only 10-15 min drive from Rhodes city, and cca 25 min from the airport.

The only thing - metallic chairs in the outdoor part of the main restaurant are a bit cold. It’s good to put covers. Though there are some wooden sits available. Not a big issue.

Bel hôtel avec plusieurs piscines à disposition, jolie plage, idéal pour les enfants. Chambre familiale spacieuse et assez propre. Le self service propose un large choix pour le petit-déjeuner, les entrées et desserts sont bons aussi. Plusieurs bars proposés : plage, piscine et hôtel (dommage une fois de plus pas toutes les boissons comprises dans le All Inclusive). Établissement proche de la ville de Rhodes, de l’aéroport et de belles plages et à environ 1h de route de Lindos.

L’équipement de la chambre est assez faible pour un 5 étoiles (articles de toilettes manquants comme lotion, brosse à dent, peigne), chaînes de TV limitées et en allemand (pas de chaînes internationales et pas connexion à Netflix). Le all inclusive (AI) ne comprend pas tout comme par exemple le “restaurant Street Food” où sont proposés des mets meilleurs et divers ainsi que les glaces pour les enfants - un comble pour un hôtel familial :( Le restaurant principal est un self service, la qualité des plats principaux est médiocre et j’en parle même pas des vins (de l’eau)!! Il y a 3 restaurants “à la carte” qui sont accessibles uniquement sur réservation, autant dire qu’ils sont très vite complets (durant notre séjour de 8 jours, nous avons pu avoir accès 1X à chacun des 3 restaurants). À savoir aussi que la qualité des plats reste moyenne et assez identique dans les 3 restaurants et la quantité est faible et une fois de plus les vins qui leur restent et compris dans le AI ne sont pas bons. En effet nous avons à chaque fois eu l’excuse “nous n’avons plus ce vin à disposition” (cela dépend aussi du personnel). Sinon il y a toujours le choix d’autres vins de meilleures qualités en contre parti d’un supplément (bouteille vin rouge correct à 55€ la bouteille - qu’ils n’oublient pas de vous facturer contrairement à notre petit déjeuner commandé - explications plus bas ). Le personnel n’est pas formé, certains essaient de faire au mieux pour répondre aux différentes demandes mais d’autres sont antipathiques! Attente au bar de l’hôtel en soirée, dommage un peu de personnel en plus aux”heures de pointes” aurait été nécessaire. Nous quittions l’hôtel tôt le matin lors de notre dernier jour, il y’a la possibilité de commander le petit-déjeuner à l’emporter, ce que nous avons fait plusieurs jours à l’avance et confirmé peut de temps avant le jour J et la commande a été passée pour 7h au lieu de 6h du matin, heure à laquelle nous devions partir pour l’aéroport.

Komplett überlaufen, unfreundliche Reaktion wenn man etwas fragt / beurteilt, deswegen habe ich beim auschecken garnichts mehr gesagt. Absolut kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Silikon sieht man beim Waschbecken, alles wurde nur so gemacht dass es auf Bildern gut aussieht, aber in Wahrheit nur Pfusch ist. Sorry! Nichtmal gratis würde ich da nochmal hin.. Haben uns noch nie so unwohl gefühlt wie in diesem Hotel.

Later opening for the room service and the option to get a hot meal ( not just a cold sandwich ). We arrived after 10pm and the only option of a sandwich and fruit wasn’t what I was hoping for From a 5 star.. I couldn’t eat the sandwich as vegetarian. My son couldn’t eat his either. Not a great start to an All inclusive holiday ! No Food !

Location of the hotel was amazing, on the beach and 20 minute drive from the airport. Rhodes Old Town is easily accessible by bus. All inclusive food & restaurants were great, a lot of variety and it felt like nothing ever ran out. The opportunity to eat in the A La Carte restaurants was a bonus, would recommend booking those as soon as you arrive. General cleanliness was good, felt our room was always cleaned well. Our standard room was also a good size for two adults. Several bar and pool options, staff were always working hard in the evening to tidy the pool areas ready for the next day.

Areas like the halls were a bit dusty but not worth complaining about. Our sink had a small leak in the seal, we reported it on the first day and someone arrived to fix it very quickly. The seal did break again but only with a few days left of our trip, so again not worth complaining about as we could manage. Some of the staff didn't come across brilliantly but it didn't have any affect on our stay. The hotel's positioning does mean the main pool area was mostly in the shade long before sunset and the pool was a little cold. Evening entertainment is heavily aimed at children, but not surprising for a family hotel.

Siisti ja puhtaanapidosta pidettiin hyvää huolta. Allasalueet tilavat ja ranta tosi lähellä. Huone oli tilava ja viihtyisä.

Huoneemme vessa/kylpyhuone oli hieman ahdas ja käytäviltä kuuluvat äänet kuuluvat välillä hyvin läpi. Tämä ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt erityisesti.

I really enjoyed my stay, I don’t think I can think of anything to fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, very clean and nice looking hotel.

I can’t fault them on it as it is a family hotel but the kids were a lot. So I wouldnt recommend if you find kids annoying.

The Staff was very nice and welcoming. The Facilities were very good ( especially the beach, Swimming pool & waterpark ). The South American restaurant was great. The Italian restaurant was good. The location is quite good - a short drive to Rhodes City and a walking distance to the beach.

The Breakfast and food in general were Good, It had a very large variety of food but lacked the perks of a 5-star hotel I'm usually accustomed to like custom-made eggs, eggs benedict etc. The food itself in the main dining hall is ok - more like a 4-star quality hotel than 5-star but the restaurants are good. Also, we had a very tough time making reservations for dinner for the entire group - you can't make reservations to the restaurants up-front only once you've arrived and we literally had to beg to get a reservation and that kind of made us a little upset - we only had 2 dinner reservations made available for a 6 nights stay, that being said we were a very large group of 20 people.

Ok so let me start by saying... this was one of the best holidays i have been on. When we arrived it was around 2pm and the staff member at the desk quickly took our bags and insisted we went for lunch before the lunch hall closed. We were so grateful for the kind gesture and understanding as it had been a long journey. To say i was lost for words when i saw the food hall is an understatement - every type of food you could imagine, from salads and cold options, hot food, desserts, ice cream - it was the attention to detail and wide variety of food that had me smiling! We checked in with no problem,s asked to see the hotel team to book our A La Carte dining reservations for the 3 on site (all of which were incredible! Matsi being our favourite!) and we were then whisked up to our room, exactly as expected, with a welcome bag and stocked mini bar. The room was very spacious, the balcony perfect (looking over the pool with a sea view) - everything was perfect! My pillow was a little too soft for me, no problem, i had a choice of 4 pillows to choose from, i was very happy! The building itself is very modern and very spacious/ grand. The location and views are incredible and the pools were amazing! I love that it catered to everyone's needs - from family's with small children, to couples, to like us best friends on holiday! The Animation team (entertainment staff) work so hard each day with Yoga and Aqua Zumba, Pool volleyball and games, as well as entertainment for the children in the evening - this didn't go unmissed. All in all our time at Helea is one we'll remember for a lifetime, so thankful for the amazing and kind staff and for making our holiday so great!

הכל היה מושלם ! אני ובת זוגתי הגענו להתארח לחמישה ימים והחוויה הייתה יוצאת דופן לחיוב ! מהמלונות המושקעים והמפנקים שהיינו, פשוט לא צריך לצאת מהמלון ! האוכל, הניקיון, העיצוב המהמם, השירות הכל-כלול פשוט שווה ברמות ומפנק. תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים של המלון הייתה מהטובות שראינו. בריכות הכי יפות בעולם, חוף פרטי רגוע במפרץ מהמם, האלכוהול והנשנושים שנמצאים בכל פינה בשירותי הבר. משאירים פשוט תחושה שחשבו על הכל. המיקום פשוט מושלם עשר דקות נסיעה במונית או ברכב מהעיירה של רודוס, ובקרבת כמה מהחופים היפים ברודוס. ללא ספק נחזור שוב. הכי מומלץ בעולם.

Kreveti su jako udobni i veliki, terasa dovoljna za boravak dvije osobe i djeteta. Lopia restoran ima veliki izbor na švedskom stolu , a la carte restorani su dobri, posebno talijanski restoran - hrana, ugođaj i ljubaznost su bili besprijekorni. Plaža prekrasna i čista, more čisto . Uspjeli smo dobiti ležaljke u bilo koje doba dana i na plaži i na glavnom bazenu.

Manji infinity bazeni sa pogledom na more su uvijek bili rezervirani čak i kada bismo rano ujutro išli šetati sa bebom nismo uspjeli dobiti mjesto tamo tijekom cijelog boravka, kasnije smo primjetili da drugi gosti navečer rezerviraju ta mjesta iako piše da je rezervacija nedozvoljena. No, to nam nije previše smetalo.

דיברנו איתם לפני כדי לסגור חדר בריחה ואכן עזרו לנו אך בהגעתנו למלון הסתבר שהיה חדר בריחה נוסף שלא ציינו והתאכזבנו שלא הספקנו אותו. קצת קשה למצוא מקום בבריכה והתור בבר בערב קצת ארוך
