We rented the house for a low key bachelorette party. The location was perfect and view of lake amazing. We did have an issue with the refrigerator, but the owner was accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend. However, 2 days after leaving, I received an email about broken items that my group did not do. I also see a recent review of someone who checked out less than 2 weeks before me with a similar experience so will agree with that poster to look at everything and report it. Even under the couch or bed!

The vacation itself was fun, what wasn’t fun was the wasps and several things wrong with the home. I would recommend writing everything you see wrong immediately and contacting owner. We didn’t and wanted to enjoy our stay that we later got blamed for things we didn’t do. Be warned and be careful.

We loved this home for our wedding weekend stay. It is very close to The Preserve at Canyon Lake. The porch view was breathtaking. We spent lots of time out there! Everything was well laid out and we did not have any concerns during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

My family and I enjoyed everything about this beautiful house. The view from the balcony, the comfort of all the beds/sofas, the space for everyone to hang out in the living area, the kitchen with everything you could possibly need… I could go on forever. The host was always readily available to answer any questions we had. We DEFINITELY want to come back already!

We stayed here as a party of 8 and the house was perfect for us for a few days. The location is spectacular with great views of the lake from the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed so we just needed to buy the stuff we cooked. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here and the open space upstairs was perfect. The only small items I would change is adding a TV to master bedroom and the carpet on stairs is getting a bit worn. I would still recommend this home and will stay again. Thank you

Beautiful home!
This property was absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. And the patio is were we spent 95% of the time while we were there. Super big family sized outside table we played games and gathered out there majority of the time.

Best place to stay!
She replied so fast to all my questions and made the process for me to stay really easy. I got this place to celebrate getting in to grad school and I am beyond happy that I did. Seeing the deer in the morning along with that balcony view makes the stay extra special! I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 worth the money!

The Perfect Canyon Lake Getaway!
We were looking for a nice home to stay in with a great view of Canyon Lake, and we got it! This home is amazing. Simply decorated, lots of room, and beautiful view of Canyon Lake both from inside the home due to the large windows as well as from the large shaded deck. We really loved the layout of this house, the huge table and seating area on the deck, and the outside BBQ and fire pit area. We felt our young grandson was very safe playing on the deck and there was room for him to ride his tricycle around. Upstairs master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen get a ton of natural light and were very roomy and uncluttered. The downstairs bedrooms with bunk beds are perfect for kids or young adults, but wouldn't be ideal for couples. We would recommend that the hosts keep the windows of this home clean, as it really improves the experience of cooking and relaxing inside with the stunning view. This host also offers a discount on pricing when staying more than 7 nights, which we really appreciated. We would love to return one day!

The view from the balcony was stunning. Communication with the owners was top notch. They were very responsive and accommodating. The home was just as described and very relaxing. I look forward to staying here again!
