This condo was nicely finished and furnished, also kept very clean. My favorite part was the location. It is right across the street from the park, which has a good beach for playing in the waves. It is just south of the busiest part of S Kihei Rd. So close enough to walk to all the fun, but far enough away that it wasn't super congested. We enjoyed the rather large lanai every morning and evening - great views of the Electric Bike Parade that comes through Sundays and Wednesdays! The shower in the shared bathroom did not get hot enough for our liking, but the shower in the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom did, so most showers were taken there. We also appreciated the assortment of beach items provided. Would book here or with this property management company again!

Watching whales and the sun set from the lanai was the highlight for my family on a daily basis. This condo is well outfitted to cover a family of four for a day at the beach, which is just across the street, and to cook meals and sleep very comfortably. The AC units were great to cool the bedrooms but also were great for white noise to drown out the roosters. B-) Had one minor issue but the friendliness and quick response from the property manager/owner helped to find a resolution and made the incident a blip in a rather perfect vacation.

Our group consisted of four friends so we needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The location and condo itself were nice, but we had a lot of issues with the bathrooms, especially the shower situation. We had one shower that was never more than lukewarm…it was impossible to wash your hair in there unless you could handle shivering. One shower did get hot water more often, but it seemed hit or miss. It was pretty awful and ruined our vacation to an extent. There was no “quick shower” after beach day to go out for dinner. Instead, we had to plan way ahead and hope the water cooperated. We had to basically use one shower only. Could have just saved money on a condo with one bathroom. Very frustrating. I reported this to the manager on day 2 (we realized it was an issue that morning, but were on Hana trip so couldn’t communicate) and got a response back saying “it’s how it’s supposed to work”-something to do with the solar set up. I’d stay there again only if they fix this issue and gave us $500 credit for our next stay.

Overall good stay. Apartment could use some updates in the future. Location and the lanai are awesome. Property manager was also excellent to deal with.

The suite was clean, the view and sounds of the ocean were amazing. One issue with the amount of bedding we needed that was resolved quickly. Would love to come back. We used up all the space with 4 kids but doable since we were outside most of the time!

From the time of booking hosts had been in constant communication. They not only provided precise guidelines but also additional information that is useful as first time visitor to Maui. I believe that hosts are great but their maintenance team is not doing their job properly. Here is the list of issues 1. Surfaces were dustly 2. Towels: Please always have white towels, dark green color towels doesnt inspire confidence in the cleanlyness 3. Showerhead was leaking and didnt have any pressure 4. No hot water, only luke warm water through out the apartment 5. Biggest of all, dishwasher smelled bad and plates and cups had those same bad smell. We washed few times, but the smell was too stubborn. We informed host about it but nothing was done during our stay 6. Airconditionare are portable and they make a lot of sound. We used them to cool the room but had to turn off during night so that we can sleep. 7. Vaccum cleaner and Hair dryer were very dirty, didnt feel like touching them. Again, I strongly suggest to hosts to pay a personal visit to the apartment, their maintenance crew have been skimping on their work. Upgrade showerhead, and use white towels. and please clean/replace dishwasher and plates. The apartment wasnt cheap so anyone looking for good times during their well deserved Hawaii vacation shouldnt have to experience such a messy apartment.

Had a great time staying at the Maui Parkshore, you cannot beat the view and location. We were traveling with our 17 month old and it was so easy and convenient to be able to just walka across the street to the park and to the beach without the hassle of having to get in to a car. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, well stocked with plates, glasses and pots & pans. Plenty of linens and having the washer and dryer when you have a toddler was a bonus I didn't even realize I needed until I we were there. House was clean and as described, plenty of storage and closet space and two bedrooms have A/C but living area does not, which was fine since we kept the doors open to the balcony 24/7 to get fresh air. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for 7 days with 3 kids. Very well equiped with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Always quiet at night as it is on the south end of town, but easy walking to restaurants. Balcony view is the best around.

This place is great! The kitchen is well equipped and the location would be hard to beat. A short walk to a great beach, shops and restaurants. Our family had a blast.

We stayed in the condo for 9 nights and enjoyed it very much! The location is great, beach just accross the street. We loved the lanai for the diners with the sunset. A/C in rooms are very loud - we prefered to turn them off and use the fans instead. It can get very hot in the condo. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers very convenient. Pool and BBQ super clean. I highly recommend the place!

Location was great and neighbors were mostly quiet past 12pm, but once in our bedrooms, we didn't hear anyone else. Biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness with the dishes and random broken items. AC in the master bedroom was having issues but when I reached out, they were prompt to fix it, although it honestly just needed to be replaced.

Stayed at this location with family and spent a week. The view from balcony is great and the location across the beach is convinient.

The place is in a great area. just steps away to the beach and close to the other beaches to go to in Makena and Wailea as well. The pool area abs the grounds are maintained well and clean. We called the property mgmt with a couple questions and they responded immediately.

Great location, beautiful ocean view from the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5! The kids loved the pool. I really liked how their was a wash and dryer in the condo. The management staff (Todd) was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely book it again.

The location is the best part of staying here. We were able to walk across the street for beach access. The unit was clean and the rental agency communicated very well. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the rental agency was prompt and easy to reach for repairs.

Great Airbnb! We stayed here with six people. 2 in the master, 2 in each twi. bed, and two on the pullout couch. The place is stocked with everything you need for a good time. Beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels, blender, rice cooker, and even had extra sunscreen in case you forget. We used the bbq a few times and it worked good. There's multiple showers all over the property for rinsing sand off. We would stay here again anytime! Mahalo!

The neighborhood around the property is less than ideal. Unfortunately a lot of homelessnesses. The unit however I was surprised how clean it was. Goes to show don’t judge a book by its cover. The ac in the master didn’t go below 77, I don’t even keep my house below 73. It was missing the slats to tilt the air. It just seemed like it was going straight out the window. Thank goodness for the ceiling fan. The ac in the other room was great! Another life saver was the fan in the living room. We had other family staying in unit 410 and they didn’t have a fan in the living room, and it was miserable! Other than the air issues the unit was good, And came with everything we needed. I would stay here again IF they had good working air throughout the entire unit.

Great location great home.

Literally had everything we needed for a great vacation. Unit was super clean, property was super clean and the views were wonderful. Beach items were awesome! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely nothing negative to say! 10/10 !!

Property is located in a great location, right across from the beach, we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Condo is within walking distance to some good restaurants. We had one small issue at check in that was taken care of right away. Condo could have been a little cleaner, there were candy wrappers under the couch, dirty utensils in the drawers, and a cup that was put away with mold growing in it. Overall though we would most likely stay here again, the pool was great and they keep the grounds really clean and nice.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. The 2 full baths was great with all the amenities needed. This saved time in the morning when getting ready. The view of the park and beach was awesome. The Kamole III beach and park is directly across the road from this place and the host has beach umbrella, chairs, and toys for use. The only downside I would say is that the living room does not have AC unit and in the hot and humid weather it can get a little uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Maui Parkshore, and this unit was nothing less than amazing! Right across the street from the beach, amazing sunset views, clean and updated with everything you need. Will definitely book again!

Just the right size and perfect location.

From the start this location was great. Kihei is a beautiful town with great beaches, food, and activities. The beach/park right across the road is great to walk to all day long. The property itself is very clean and modern. Arguably the best part was the Lenai that overlooks the beach where you can relax and watch the sunset. The Kitchen is also stocked with any appliances and utensils you may need. Finally, the owners of this property are excellent. They respond promptly to messages and even came out to the property at night to help us with an issue. All around this was great and I will definitely be staying again.

Easy booking and check in, very nice place!! A little picky with the appearance of the lanai. Overall great spot and choice for a nice vacation!
